Very good combo
Look and feel of the keyboard & mouse are fantastic. Feels durable, surprisingly heavy (compared to a stock Dell keyboard for example).The Enter key is a bit off place if you’re used to a more rectangular key, but you’ll train yourself shortly to extend just that “oh so difficult 1 cm more…”Overall, very happy. Been wavering between a Logitech etc… glad I went with this one.

Nice keyboard
I like the keyboard but only gave it 4 stars due to an issue with the mouse configuration software. I downloaded the software from the IOGEAR site and Windows Defender immediately stopped it claiming it was a Trojan virus. There is another section of their site explaining the issue and that Windows won’t accept the file as an exception as it is over 10 Mb. There should also be a link to the file on the Amazon site as well as the IOGEAR item description site but that wouldn’t cause me to give it a lower rating. If they can fix the virus issue, I’ll increase this to 5 stars.

This works with Xbox One!
I spent many hours looking for the perfect keyboard for an Xbox One to play Fortnite – although this gaming keyboard didn’t specifically mention it, I decided to give it a chance and it worked as soon as I plugged in the USB receiver. I am impressed with the built quality on the keyboard mouse combo and happy that it works with the Nov 2018 Xbox One update. I tried several other USB devices that didn’t work. Thank you IOGear but please include the Xbox One support in your description 🙂

Not bad for a budget gaming keyboard.
The keys feel slightly spongy, the shape of the enter button is odd for an American keyboard. But the keyboard feels sturdy. and there is no lag when the keyboard comes out of battery saver mode. The mouse is a good size (I have large hands) the scroll wheel spins smoothly and the rubber grip on the right side of the mouse is a nice touch.

Thought it was great value but stopped working
Bought this wireless gaming keyboard and mouse combo after reading positive reviews and doing some research. I thought the value was good. Unfortunately after two months of light use (might gaming and computer work a few times a week) it failed. Certain keys no longer work. The springs didn’t fail but it seems the electrical connections to the keys did. Its past the point of return so I’m stuck with a keyboard that doesn’t work. If you are looking for a paperweight, let me know.

Great looking keyboard that I enjoy using everyday
Great looking keyboard that I enjoy using everyday. Although it is labeled as a gaming keyboard, it does lag and skip a beat here and there on the keyboard. Not sure how one can game reliably (imagine a real-time multiplayer environment where lag is unacceptable). Although the mouse is rock solid and worked well over the time I had it, the keyboard is unreliable / unpredictable at best. You may skip a few letters while typing a sentence, and other times it can become over sensitive and put out more than one letter with just one keystroke.With some experimentation, I’ve figured out that the primary cause of this is the poor signal range on this thing. If I can keep the USB receiver unit closer or at sight, it becomes better and less of a trouble. The USB receiver is sitting right below the keyboard, under the table, less than 3-4 feet below and it is unacceptable to lose signal over this mere distance.On a positive note, this could be a defective unit, but I believe shipping this to iogear for repair or replacement is not worth the cost to me. Needless to say, this sore experience will deter me away from purchasing another set from this brand for some time to come.

Worth the money
I have owned this keyboard for over a year and the board has died once, frequently used runs on 2 double A batterysI broke one of the feet raging in a game used a triangle paper stay and it works greatThe mouse is responsive and good for starting. I replaced it because I wasn’t sure how to change the low sensitivity but its still my go to wireless mouse because of how nice it fits

I bought this for use with my steam link and it works flawlessly. Actually even better than my laggy logitech 613 that cost me 3x the price. At first the keys felt kind of rough like inexpensive plastic but after a bit of use they seem pretty decent. One problem I have, though is with the batteries. I’m not sure if my batteries expand or if the compartment is small, but I have had a hell of a time getting them out to charge them. I’d recommend using your own pull ribbon under them for when you need to change batteries. I damaged mine due to having to wedge them out with a screwdriver.

Nov 23, 2015This is a great wireless keyboard/mouse combo. The long range stood out to me. I’m not exactly far from my pc, but a previous wireless set I had would sometimes seem to freeze up. I didn’t know if it was due to interference or what, but it was aggravating.As far as gaming keyboards go, I couldn’t really tell you. I do game, but I mostly bought this because I wanted a GOOD keyboard/mouse combo, and usually if something has “gaming” in it, it’s better than not.I have to agree with that reviewer who mentioned they cut off the left side of the enter key and replaced it with the slash. BAD IDEA.When I read his review, I thought about it, and didn’t think it’d be that big of a deal, especially since I’m not a programmer. Well, it is a big deal. I don’t program, but I do type. I learned to type on typewriters back in the day, and since those days, the layout has been unchanged on the primary keys, so this change had irked me more than once. Why they would do that, I have no idea. The place where the slash would normally be, is filled in with the rest of the ENTER key, which is stupid, no one hits enter up there.That’s my main qualm about the keyboard.The Mouse. The mouse is very responsive, had a wild shape, and all the buttons work well. It’s comfortable in your hand.No lights though. It looks like it could support an LED under the shell because it has windows out the side, but no lights. Not even a light for the laser. It doesn’t impair it’s function, but flashy lights can be cool.Updated: Feb 4, 2016Overall, I am still enjoying this keyboard/mouse. I have experienced what another reviewer mentioned about pressing a key and it showing up twice. And not just one key, but you’ll type a word or sentence, and every letter repeated. And you’re backspacing and trying to fix it and this seems to go on for about 10 to 20 seconds, and then it goes back to being fine. At the moment, this doesn’t happen very often, maybe once a week, but it IS annoying when it happens. Your results may vary.

Terrible
I was excited for this keyboard/mouse combo due to the reviews and the price. It worked great for a few weeks and then the issues started. The keyboard would constantly fall behind when typing, especially when using the number pad. The mouse would often fail to respond. I would constantly turn it on and off and that would solve the issue for a few minutes, then both would go back to not working. Save yourself the time money and skip this product.
