Good product, but returned
This is a great product for gamers that play this way. For me i wanted to like it, but i find it difficult to play this way. I used it to play division 2 on my ps4. If works good but my ability to remember all the hot keys was troublesome. So not for me, but maybe good for you.

I mainly use this for Call of Duty and found out that you can use it as a stand alone device without using the software that was included. It has made the game more enjoyable for me and my numbers has increased exponentially!!

Pros and cons
Set up is a little bit of a hassle, not difficult, just having to plug in multiple devices in in an exact order. Also USB cable that comes included is way too short and should be much much longer. Problem with that is that it is the only cable you’re supposed to use to connect it to the gaming console ,so having it longer is important, but note a USB extension cable does work and I would make sure you own one before you buy this product. Haven’t tried remapping it yet but everything seems to work and does a good job of it

Prouduct doesn’t work. Instructions are vague. Product never connects to any console tryed all of the and no connection. Try to find customer support useless page dosen’t exist. Go online to see if there is a tutorial everyone else has a different module same brand. Very Disappointed

Helps with Tendonitis
This is my first time playing Shooters with keyboard and mouse so keep that in mind.I love it I’m playing better than I ever have just 40 days in on xbox one. It took a lot of getting used to, but everything does with muscle memory.It was very frustrating at first because I’m dyslexic and I didn’t realize you have to plug the USB cords in a certain order. But you don’t have to do it every time just one time. Also you can’t use corded headphones. I assumed since Wireless goes through Bluetooth I believe that should work just fine. It’s just hard to find good headphones.So the reason I bought this is because I have tendonitis in my hands and a keyboard and mouse is a lot easier on my hands than a controller. Especially since you don’t have to use your thumbs very much. So I would certainly recommend this if you need it.

No software included.
Did not come with proper instructions and no software. Contacted seller and after decipheringthe email I figured out I was given a download link to some server for software and when the software still could not get it to work properly the seller wanted to know what model it was I had. You would think they would know this from me contacting them through Amazon about the issues of not being able to get it to work. Finally gave up and just returned it.

Yeaaa so this Just didn’t work st all.. it’d picked up fine by the Xbox but it didn’t actually work in any games.. I was able to use the keyboard in the Xbox home menu, but that was it.

Pretty much garbage.
Wanted to try this before I spent the money on a XIM… This isn’t worth it. You can feel how cheap it is and it seems to “forget” what you bind the keys to. Instructions are written in really broken English (read the seller’s answers in the Q/As and you’ll see what I mean) making things way more complicated than it needed to be. But if you have really good patience, want to save some money and don’t mind getting a head ache… This may work out for you.

IF YOU HAVE AN XBOX DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT DOES NOT WORK IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE THE REVIEWS SAYING IT WORKS ARE FALSE! First of all the adapter doesn’t even light up when connected to the Xbox. I plug in the keyboard, then mouse and nothing. No LED lights up on the adapter. Literally a waste of time – complete garbage
