Hey…that’s pretty good.
System works and looks great, my problem so far is that the layout of the main menu isn’t streamlined and you gotta across it a lot rather than placing apps and games in sports to make it easier/quicker to find. Also the game it comes with, Battlefront 2, isn’t a good game and both it’s publisher (EA) and developer (DICE) have made good reasons to avoid due using anti-consumers practices. A bad game on an otherwise good looking console.Overall: I’d recommend buying, though you might wanna be prepared abd buy some better (also cheaper) games for your PS4.

I love it! Almost everything is perfect except these 2 things for me1. The surface is glossy black so not only that its a fingerprint magnet it gets micro scratches with literally your finger going through it with no pressure. I recommend to use a microfiber cloth to wipe it down. It wont scratch it and will clean it really well.2. The disc spinning noise is very loud. Its really noticable especially when your game is loading. But nothing you cant get used to. (You cant do anything about it)Everyone knows the good things about the PS4 Pro so I’m not gonna go through them. Hopefully these 2 Cons are informative.Overall i love it, i got a ps4 pro stand so i can have it displayed next to my TV and have the controllers infront of it while it’s charging.

Died in less than two weeks
Bought new from Amazon. Had it less than two weeks when, after a “system update”, the console would not turn on. Tried trouble shooting but nothing seemed to work. I’m a PC gamer and this was my first console (I wanted to play some of the PS4 exclusives). Needless to say, the PS4 Pro didn’t leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling about consoles. Had it actually worked for more than two weeks, I would have probably rated it much higher…I’m just glad Amazon has such a good return policy. Back to the PC!

FABULOUS FOR FORTNITE
FANTASTIC. Item arrived super fast with only a few minor scratches. It comes with the hdmi cord, all cable cords, DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller, and the game, and Star Wars Battlefront II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition. Game played awesome with NO SCRATCHES or issues. I had one code error when trying to set up the playstation ERROR CODE: CE-33983-6. I simply had to Perform an Internet connection test by going to Settings> Network> Test Internet Connection to confirm you can connect to the network. I picked wifi entered my wifi password and I was good to go. This is our 2nd WORKING PS4 in the house for the kids ( 4 kids and 1 ps4 wasn’t working out hence I bought a 2nd one- this one ) and I completely forgot I had to connect it to the wifi. So used to it just connecting. If you get any of these error codes: CE-32889-0, CE-41489-6, CE-32889-0, CE-33983-6, CE-33984-7, CE-33985-8, CE-33986-9, CE-33987-0, CE-33988-1, CE-33989-2, CE-33990-4, CE-33991-5, CE-33743-0, CE-33945-4, NP-31950-8, NP-39226-2, CE-41489-6, C-82E10193, NP-31950 IT SIMPLY MEANS YOU NEED TO SCAN FOR YOUR WIFI PICK IT, PUT IN YOUR WIFI PASSWORD AND YOU’LL BE GOOD TO GO. This pro 1 T has so much more memory then my other one and it is SUPER FAST in connecting and games like FORTNITE play beautifully withOUT any lag or errors. I highly recommend you buy this.

Quit working after 41 days! Sony repaired promptly.
This console quit working, once we couldn’t return through Amazon. The extended warranty was a joke, because they told us to contact Sony. Sony is at least paying for return shipping, and going to try to repair it. They said they will replace console, if it can’t be fixed. Do not fall for the extended warranty, because it’s not through Sony, and they brushed us off. My 14 year old son used his own money to purchase this, and it’s a shame he’s already having problems. We don’t know how long it will take for Sony to respond, or make repairs. I will update my review, if Sony does the right thing. Amazon should reimburse me for the bogus extended warranty. Not happy at this point, but hopefully I can update with good news about customer service taking care of everything.UPDATE- Sony repaired the unit, and returned it to us promptly, at no cost to us. I changed the 1 star review to 4 stars. The customer service was excellent through Sony.
