PlayStation Portable 3000 Core Pack System – Piano Black

I was about to give this a 2 star review, but the Seller was so helpful. The item came without a battery (probably just an accident) and I contacted the Seller and he quickly resolved the problem. I love the PSP and I’m happy to play the fun games that come with it.

El psp vino con un lenguaje en japones y tuve que buscar la manera de borrar el sistema completo para poder cambiarlo a español, tras eso tambien el cargador no funciona y tuve que hacer una inversion adicional para comprarme un cargador nuevo. No le recomiendo que le compren a el vendedor Terry-Bean Store, aunque es el mas barato no sirve, no cumplio con mis espectactivas y yo que estaba esperando el psp con tantas ancias. Asi no se la compren a este vendedor. Le pongo otra vez el nombre para que no lo compren con el TERRY-BEAN STORE (NO COMPREN)

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase this item through INFOWEB… ALWAYS CHECK SELLER RATINGS FIRST… Product had smudges and oily fingerprints on it, and I kid you not, I dunno if it was a bad coincidence, but I had pink eye the day after I started using it. It came with a battery that couldn’t hold a charge, and two awful games I didn’t ask for, in a dingy case I didn’t ask for… Without the CHARGER I was supposed to get. It’s as though tossing in extra junk was supposed to make up for crucial missing components.

I’ve wanted a Sony PSP for some time and went looking for one in great condition, as finding an affordable unit in great condition can be a challenge. I’m giving the PSP 5 stars for its capabilities and deep library of games. However, buyer beware: I bought this from FIVE STAR CAMERA, who listed the PSP as “Like New”. I’ve waited a while to leave this review so I could assess my costs in making my Sony PSP playable. I immediately saw an issue as I pulled it out of the packaging. It had 2 large gashes in the faceplate that no amount of buffing would remove. It needed to be replaced because the gashes were both right in the middle of the screen. Not like new. Second, I plugged it in to power it on and begin to charge it. The system was set to an Asian language and I had to do a factory reset because I couldn’t understand the settings menu to navigate to the language settings. I noticed there was no battery indicator and unplugged the power cord to see what would happen when I plugged it back in. The unit immediately turned off. It turns out there was no battery shipped with this, something I do not recall being mentioned in the description. Again, not like new. I have spent $14 for a new faceplate and $17 for a new battery on top of the $155 that I paid for the “Like New” PSP. I’ll be willing to upgrade my seller rating from 1 star if FIVE STAR CAMERA reimburses me $31 for my expenses in making this unit playable. Until then, my 1 star will remain. But the PSP is great. If you can find one in at least good condition, there is fun to be had.UPDATE: I was hasty with my seller review. It turns out the analog joystick also had to be replaced, which I didn’t mention earlier. That was another $6.43 to spend to make this like new.

I acquired my rare Radiant Red PSP 3000 a little before the predicted time but well within the same day, so that’s one thing! Another is that the handheld system is in perfect condition and no scratches can be found! It came with everything listed in the description (though make sure to buy a memory stick duo if you don’t have one already), and it works beautifully!! I’m glad to have done business with this seller! Thank you so much!! Now it’s off for some Dissidia Duodecim, Shin Budokai: Another Road/2, Sonic Rivals 2, and more!

 Update: I noticed today, that I can download from my ps 3 into my psp 3000, so yes it works, if done correctly. I might not be able to access the psp 3000 store. However, I can access the games on ps 3 and then download into my psp 3000. I do not think it works on ps 4, but you can try it and see. I know works on psp 3 to transfer games over.Also you need a memory card to transfer files from your ps3, so I cant play any games, until my memory card arrives. It would of been nice to have a little bit of memory to use. I guess I can play in a few days when my memory card gets to me.So you should buy memory card with this device.Also trying to get on line is pain, though some folks have figured it out.However, it is a waste of time, because the psp 3000 store no longer works, so then, I do see what good, it would be, if a person could get on line. Which is not an easy task, trust me on this.

 1) I purchased though Premium Shipments2) It came with a screen protector3) There’s no sign of heavy usuage4) There’s no visible scratches on tge console5) There’s no dents6) It’s doesn’t seem to be hacked because the when you press Select it doesn’t show a menu7) My one and only issue is that the x and the o button meaning are switched. As to o means enter and x means cancel – I tried to switch it back but for that you need the Select button to open a menu when you click and this particular console doesn’t to that.UPDATE 10/8 : The sound is very poor for music it sounds low for what I can remember
