【Question：How to use it on PS4?】
1. Please test it with your cellphone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.
2. Insert the headset with a 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad.
3. Then long press the PS4 button to enter the System Settings.
4. There is a choice “PERIPHERAL MACHINES”, choose it and then choose “ADJUST SOUND AND DEVICES”, next choose “Output to the headphones”, then change it to “All audio”.
【Question: With sound but the voice chatting cannot work?】
1.When using the headset, please make sure the tone control microphone switch of the headset is turned on, and make sure that the microphone works normally.

My new Favorite!!!
I believe I now have a new farorite headset. These are AMAZING! I recently purchased the Bengoo V-4 Gaming headset because I use all platforms for gaming and wanted a set that would work across all of them while still providing quality sound. This headset accomplished that for me. This is also perhaps the most comfortable headset i have tried so far. I can wear these for hours at a time without them hurting my head or ears. The cord is a really nice braided cord that has a in-line volume control knob and a mute button. An extra bonus to these headphones which i didn’t think I would like so much is the LED’s. The styling of the metal and LED’s are really appealing to see and makes it easy to find the headset after setting them down in the dark. The microphone, according to my gaming friends, sounded good on our discord channel and in game voice chat. The fact that the microphone can fold up and out of the way when not needed was also really nice. I have had other headsets that had a detachable microphone that would always get lost, with this headset however, the microphone is always there but can be out of the way when not in use. I am sure the noice isolation feature on this headset played a huge role in the sound quality of the microphone. Perhaps though, my favorite part of this headset was the value, a sub $20 price point for this kind of quality is nice to see. I will definitely be recommending this set to my friends and family.

Slick gaming headset that won’t break the bank!
Finally!!!! A headset that can compete woth Turtle Beach for a fraction of the price! I was a little hesitant at first due to such a cheap price to buy, but after gaming for 20 hours I must say it’s perfect. It’s very comfortable, sound is great, and microphone works perfectly. I would definitely recommend, I use with my xbox one!

Better Than Expensive Name Brand
Been using this product for a month. Replaced a $235.00 name brand headset with this one and I like this one better! Use it primarily as a telephone headset with my home wireless phone system and a 2.5 mm adapter. This headset sounds different but is louder than the expensive one. Also works well plugged-in to a computer, my Xbox. and my cell phone. At first glance you think the headphones look solid. They are designed pretty well, look great, has blue lighting and fits perfect over the ear. . Had a few issues at first with the headset. Not sure if I got a defective headset or if this is the norm. Yes, i checked my mic settings and I was having trouble with the mic but the sound was great. Turns out I had a defective headset and the great team at Bengoo dispatched a replacement headset right away. I really do love the design, the way it feels, and comfort. I wear these all day long without any issues or discomfort to my ears.Definitely recommend!

Reliable headset for gaming and calls
I got this headset for my daughter. At first I was just looking for a cheap one that could be used for gaming and messenger calls. I was happily surprised by three quality of build and sound. It is no Bose noise-cancellation but it quieted the room significantly and calls were crystal clear. No drivers were needed and worked perfectly on both Mac and Windows. It is USB powered, so make sure you have one extra USB port near the audio plug. It also comes with a long two year warranty.

Pretty good headset
Pretty good headset. I use this for xbox one and it plugs right into my controller(must have an xbox controller that has an aux port). Its pretty comfortable. The cushion for the top of your head is nice and soft and so are the pads around the ear. Someone mentioned the ear spots are a little shallow, which is true my ears touch but only barely. I don’t think enough for me to care or start feeling it too much. Metal design around most of it so it seems sturdy. Microphone goes up and down but also bends towards your mouth if needed. My friends say my voice comes through very clear which is a big plus. Surround sound works, I can hear those foot steps to the right or left of me in FortNite. The size is a little on the bigger size, its not a small headset but I have a small/medium head and works fine for me. Overall, worth the money and the turtle beaches for the same price aren’t as comfortable.

Awesome Sound, Awesome Mic, Would recommend 10/10
This is the best affordable headset you can get. I got 2 of them, one for myself and the other for my best friend. The microphone is so clear it sounds like I was talking to him in the same room. The surround sound actually helps when you are in game because you can actually pick up on your objectives sound.P.S. If you are a PS4 or an Xbox One user I would recommend getting a USB extension cord. This is optional because the only reason to get the extension is to get the LED to work.
