Does what it said it would do. Came with two rechargeable batteries that slip in and out of the controller w/o any difficulty. The difficulty (and reason for 4 stars) is trying to set the controller or battery on the charger which has to be positioned just right. A little too attention demanding, if you will. It just seems that could be a little more easily guided to its charging position so the process could be a little less time consuming. No big deal. Charges great, and quickly. Red/green lights are a little more intense than needed but still ok. I would buy again.

I like the option of charging my controller with the included battery or just the battery itself. Not everyone has 2 controllers and this doesn’t exclude those people. I bought the rechargeable battery that plugs into a usb to charge either in the controller or not. But this has an easier option, just snap the battery into the charging station. And it doesn’t take up much space.

Read some other reviews, all of them were positive and then it popped up on a Lightning Sale. So for the better price I figured I couldn’t go wrong. This is working great! Easy to use and the charging time seems to be fairly quick and the batteries are lasing long enough for some serious gaming time. Plus with two controllers having one on stand by while using the other one just can’t get any better. The red light for charging and green for charged are easy to see and know what the status is.The box shows black on the cover, but it is a white unit (as I ordered) which is perfect for my white Xbox One S controllers.My only dislike is it didn’t come with a wall power plug, just a USB charging cord. Thankfully I have enough older phone chargers that I could easily borrow the wall power plug from there and plug in the USB cord and charge it up.It’s a Great value and no more buying AA batteries.

I will never have to replace rechargeable batteries again!!! F-YA!!This docking station is awesome. Love the LED to clearly show when these are charging/charged.I like that it just plugs into the back of the Xbox console via a USB cord. i didn’t have to find a wall outlet around the TV stand where there’s already no room. LOL10 year is happy he will never pick up a dead controller again. Fantastic buy for a great price.

This unit is awesome I have had mine for a while now and it works really well I love the convenience of the charging base. However I typically don’t charge the batteries with the controller on their I take them out of the controller and put them on the charger. The batteries themselves last a few hours for sure so plenty of time to use one battery while the other 1 is charging.

Comes with the charging stand and 2 rechargeable batteries!!! Bottom of the dock lights up when plugged in to outlet… turns red when controller is on dock but not fully charged…. then turns green when battery is fully charged. If no controller is docked the bottom of the base stays bright green. In my opinion it charges the batteries quite quickly. Great product for the price, I would never guess that it only cost 20ish dollars, I absolutely would assume it cost way more! The manufacturer definitely served the public an awesome product on this one!

So far so good…
We’ve owned every Xbox since they came out. We’ve tried a variety of charging docks. This is the first one we’ve used where you charge it upside down.And we LOVE it. It sits in the dock snuggly and charges fast. The only thing we don’t like is that the green/red charging light stays on ALL THE TIME so that gets old fast, but luckily it doesn’t take away from the awesomeness that is this charger.

Great charging dock!! I have been buying batteries for the controllers non stop for 2 years which is ridiculous and I start looking for solutions for that and found this rechargeable dock. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and when its red indicates needs charging and green light indicates fully charged. Now my boys have somewhere to store the controllers and I like it. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase if you have been buying batteries like me.

Uses usb to charge and works great, a little tricky to get the sets to stand on it right at first but once you do it does the trick! Comes with everything you need and light tells you when it’s charged so you don’t have to worry if it is done or overcharged. Really impressed for the price. Great value.

Excellent buy…but…
Good price, fast shipping. Nicely packed. Most importantly, it works to the expectation I had at purchase. Slim design. Locks in battery/controller. Even held upside down, the controller stays put. Comes with a USB cable. I’m not hooking this up to the xb1 console, but rather using spare usb adapter boxes to charge controllers in convenient locations. I purchased 2 units to charge 4 batteries. One unit sits on one side of our family room. The other sits on the other side. Easily accessible. Excellent buy(Update after first day of use) BUT…The LED light never goes green. I have to check to make sure the batteries are charged… would have been a nice feature to have
