My sons have used this headset for the past 2-3 weeks and have the following comments on it:- Overall: Has functioned very well and as expected.- Mic: Great. Users on other end can hear clearly.- Sound: Good. Sound quality is clear, distinct, and with no fuzz. Note that they believe there are better out there, but this one seems to be very good for the price.- Aesthetics: They said they don’t particularly like the look of it while wearing.- Feel: Very comfortable when wearing.- Durability: Feels like parts are durable. No malfunctions as of yet with any of the parts.- Wire length: Plenty long for intended use.

Hey there, this is coming from an (unpaid to review this) Xbox One user with limited options for in-game sound options and I have to say these were one of the best sounding headsets i’ve had. Currently playing through The Outer Worlds, and this headset turns the immersion up to 11. These are able to hit the bass tones of any game better than my $200 Turtle Beach Stealth 600s. These completely filled with game sound, and excellent padding on the ears that does not make them sore over extended periods of time is always a plus. If you are hard of hearing, these will be loud enough for you with your volume settings to max. Microphone quality is also better than my Turtle Beaches. If your friends hear an echo in game chat, this is due to an echo of your volume, which is why you yourself don’t hear it. Simply turn your chat volume down slightly in settings and you’re good to go. These also adjust vertically so if your head is big or you’re wearing a hat it’s no problem at all.These do not feel cheap whatsoever. They are simultaneously heavy duty and lightweight. I think the outside hard plastic molding and rubbery top coat will be spill-proof and drop-proof i’m almost sure. The matte black, white, and dark heather grey colors work very well, the ear and upper head pads are responsive and soft to the touch. If you have glasses, these will not hurt behind the ears. This is a great thing. The Turtle Beaches I own absolutely kill my head with how heavy and firm they were. These will actually fit around the ears and will not move around or drag your head down with weight, which can be incredibly irritating. The cable is very long and WORKS WITH THE NEW XBOX ONE CONTROLLERS WITHOUT A $90 ADAPTER. Simply put, if you buy a new controller from Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc, you’ll be able to plug right in with no issues and no other hidden costs.For $30, this headset is really such a steal. My Stealth 600s broke at the base of the headset mount. Because of one small screw, the whole ear cuff was left dangling by a sole wire. Here I am, thinking this is an incredible “downgrade” from my current headset, and then i’m absolutely blown away by the sheer quality of these. I feel like I was missing out on a lot better noise cancellation and fuller sound.If you have younger kids who aren’t too careful with technology, this would be an excellent choice. These can take the hits and the spills and the drops with no problem at all. They connect to any USB device such as a pc, laptop, or back of an xbox one of ps4. When connected by USB, they light up on both outsides of the ears, and the top of the microphone. These can be connected to recent Xbox One controllers that are sold today. The audio jack is on the bottom left of the controller. I’m not sure for ps4, but PC and Xbox are a definitive yes.Order this. You won’t be disappointed.

I did a few test to see the difference in sound quality. First if your playing a normal game where you are casually playing without needing to be too aware of small noises like sonic or driving cars. They are amazing. I also tried it while playing the hunter call of the wild and found it hard to nearly impossible to hear calls or animal foot steps near by with them at the highest volume. Not a deal breaker for me! While watching TV the sound was decent, not a lot of bass or kick so safe for children to also use without fear of damaging their inner ears.The headset isn’t the greatest at noise cancelling which for me is a bonus, I can still hear if someone needs me or wants my attention. As a person with a family that is great. (even though sometimes I wish I could noise cancel them out entirely lol)For the price, I think these are a great buy though and would purchase another set for other family members. If you play more games like COD, Halo, etc idk if they would give the proper output for proper sound output. They are very comfortable, the padding is soft and plush. They aren’t too heavy and they fit firmly on the head and ear area.

Great overall build quality seam very sturdy. Metal inlays on the ear piece extensions. Microphone seems to be very sturdy and will hold up over time. The USB having to be plugged in for the lights to work is for sure a con of it. Comes with a splitter for xbox and playstation. Depending on how you like your headset this might be a pro or a con but they are very snug fitting on your head. Have a nice set of padding on the earphones and where it rests on your head. Has a nice volume control and microphone on/off button.Overall for the price they cost I believe they are a great buy for the money. Compared to other gaming headsets these would be something I would buy on a budget.

 -The mic is surprisingly good for a $26 headset; super clear with relatively low background noise.-The audio quality seems fine. Don’t expect any thing insanely good as this is only $26-As far as looks I think it’s a bit ugly but if you don’t care about looks then go for it.-Comfort level for me was passable after wearing it for a few hours I had no real levels of discomfort.Overall if you’re just looking for some base level gear to get the job done this’ll do it.
