Better in every way!
Beautiful hardware.The system is fantastic and an upgrade over my white OLED 1000 – in every way.The screen is sharper and I can actually notice details in games, that were not able to be seen on the OLED models’ screen.The system is lighter, but still has a weighty premium Sony feel. I really like the ergonomics of the larger handholds and rescued touchpad. The buttons are a lot more solid in feel (clicky), than the 1000 model, especially the much improved shoulder buttons.PSP games do look a lot better now in color and clarity; I can also play PS1 games without the fear of borders burning in image retention (1000 model can suffer burn in).The speakers have received and improvement and so have the resized and raised PS, Start and Select buttons.This is a Japanese system so X/O are swapped in function (confirm/cancel), this only affects the Operating System and is a non issue.Very thrilled with the new 2000.The seller packaged the item immaculately and shipping was fast and expedient.

Having had a PSVita in the past, this is just the same. The only noticeable differences are that the ‘O’ is the confirm button in the menu instead of ‘X’. But if you use the touch display, it doesn’t matter. Also, there is a website that is all in Japanese that cannot be removed from the Web browser’s bookmarks. But who uses the Web browser on a gaming console?The setup in the beginning asks for your language and time Zone. So it is not hard to successfully use English in a Japanese import.As far as the exterior, the green is very vibrant. The white is beautiful. And it’s definitely work the extra $40 compared to a US retail system at a regular $199. The special edition of it is worth it alone.I’d also like to touch a bit on the primary reason why I purchased this… REMOTE PLAY IS LEGENDARY .

Still having fun even in 2018
Vita’s cycle has now ended. Its popularity has paled compared to 3DS and now Switch. But I am still having fun with it. There’s a lot of good games on this console especially the library of visual novels available. Even though smartphones have more utilities than Vita, the console is still useful in its own way.

My screen is sad.
Came in today. I am definitely disappointed in the quality. By no means is it in “good” condition. The screen is so scratched up it looks like there is dust all over it. The back is the same. The product sticker is absolutely disgusting and I can’t understand why they would sell this as “good”. I would say it’s barely even “scratching” the surface on being in “fair” condition. Can’t play a game without seeing tons of scratches and they aren’t the kind of scratches you can look past. The scratches have scratches, not just on the device but in the middle of the screen. Not trying to be a difficult customer but this is absolutely not the quality they imply. The screen reminds me of the touchscreen devices at checkouts and in banks, where there’s that one spot so scratched that it’s foggy. Other than that, I love the Vita.

Great vita! Amazing Quality!
Fantastic! I am soooooooooooo in love with the vita! For anyone looking for reviews on whether or not to buy this, I suggest it highly! ONLY if you are okay with actually using the X button as Back as O the enter, BUT only in the menu, if you have regular games from the USA, they will function normally. The colors on the vita themselves are fantastic, the color of the screen and lighting is great. I think the other reviewers didn’t realize, that the brightness settings are very easily adjustable. My fiancé (who is the accountholder, I just do reviews for items that are meant for me.) Has a regular ps vita 2000, borderlands version, he bought this a few months back, they look and act exactly the same. (minus that his is a black one with a black back, and mine is a white one with a lime green back) I thought it was slightly smaller at first, but I realized that it was because he had a case on his, then it was the color difference. If you like having a unique vita over your friends, TOTALLY buy this vita!!!!! The person I bought from was REALLY quick with shipping and the fact that it was in stock and they wasted no time!

Great Japanese ps Vita
I love this thing, such a great game system, even with it being discontinued, it is a lot easier to carry this around than a whole PlayStation so I can play my favorites on the go, it was actually good quality too for the price

Was 50$ worth getting a imported PSP simply because of the color scheme?Yes, it is. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. That said, if you aren’t interested in buying a used psp, and is going to buy a new 2000 model regardless, getting the imported color is only going to be 30$ or so more. Sure you could get alot of things for that money, but if you’re one of those people who like getting decals or values appearances, this is worth it.

Lime Green Madness
Arrived sooner than expected.The lime green is very unique besides the U.S. Regular black PS vita. You have the option to select your language of course and it will play all US games.I specifically bought a PS Vita to stream a few of my PS4 games during downtime and I will say it’s very good with 0-5% lag of where I work. The lime green is a very nice bonus to it as well.I love the screen on this too. One thing I find very weird is playing on the PS vita control settings for a while and then going to a PS4 feels extremely weird but you will get the hang of it.

I know it was used.
I know I was buying it for a deal used. The only problem I face is soooooome times the forward gets barley stuck so I might fall or the avitar night go too far forward. That does happy maybe ever 3 times I play it. It did come dirty and the analog sticks were slightly chipped but it was a great price for a vita. Happy birthday to me. It still works great.

It is a beautiful system and works fantastic! Shipping speed was great and the box was undamaged and in good condition. My one gripe is that I ordered this product new so the box should have been unopened and it should have come with a 3 month membership of ps+ and a 1gb propriatary memory card. Alas, the box had been pre opened and those items are not there. Now, to be fair, they are not advertised in the products description and I didn’t know that this system originally came with them until I saw it on the box. However, at least to me, if something has been opened then it is not New. Anyhow it is still a fantastic product and I do recommend it.
