Bought this to replace an old one that was one of the magnetic ones. This one is so much nicer. Love the lights that let you know when controllers are charging or charged. They snap into place and aren’t easily knocked off charging with the built in port in the controllers. slim design allows it to be placed behind the TV out of sight and still letting the lights show so we know when controllers are ready. Will be purchasing another one for our daughter so she can take to college with her.

Overall it is a cost-effective product. I have tried different chargers. They all have the same problems:-Charging failed; Charging too long-Using the contacts on the bottom of the charger intermittently-The LED light is too brightThe charger design is different, the charging connection is the same as the PS4 connection, and the connection is stronger and more reliable (It comes with a micro usb charging cable.)Its physical design is tilted, which makes it look like a shelf, and it also allows me to limit the controller. (This is why I do n’t like charging with a charging cable) .Now whether the ps4 is on or off, I can charge the controller.Some people worry that its fast charging will damage the controller’s battery. I found that the power of this charger is the same as the ps4 charging power. I don’t have to worry about it at all. (It may be that the upgraded copper chip of the charger improves the charging speed, which needs to be verified by comparison)

This is a great product, less that $20 gets you a fast charge on 2 controllers. My gameing shelf is glass so the non slip bottom helps alot too. Also a BIG fan of the LEDs so I know when to grab my controller post charge!!

Aside from the very strong chemical smell that came out of the box and gave me a migraine from being so terrible, this charging station is great. It feels sturdy and the design helps to save space . I like the way the little controller icons pop up in the front when u plug them in it makes it looks cool and techy.But anyways yes the smell that came from the box almost made me vomit and pass out but I’m guessing it’s just from it being new or whatever.

Pros: Great looking design, plug and play setup, 2 controllers at once, works with USB hub, affordable solution.Cons: The listings on Amazon seem to fluxuate from about $16-20 for this unit so you’ll want to catch it at a good price point.Overall: I have to agree with most of the other reviews I’ve seen on this, it’s a great product for the price. Charging docks are a fairly simple technology, so if you have one that works for you already I doubt you’d need to switch. But for those without a charging dock, or if the one you have is giving you issues for whatever reason, I would definitely recommend the OIVO charging dock.

Love this Charging dock!This is my first ps4 controller charging dock and so far I really like it. The price is great. The item is great feels good and not cheap at all. Love the light options which is so much easier to know when its fully charged than having it connected to the ps4. Has rubber on the bottom to help it not slip off any surface. Charges great havent had any problems with the battery life. I would say, for the price and quality this one is a must great option if you are looking for a charging dock or want to replace an old one. Really happy to have this in my home.

I had an older docking station that in comparison was gigantic compared to this. I love how they made the charger smaller by building up instead of out. The staggered design is unique but also it comes with a base that has grip on it to prevent from falling all over the place every time you take your controller off. I charge overnight or when I am not home so this charges efficiently and effortlessly. Would recommend this product and others made by this company again.

Bought this for my son who always HAD to be connected to the charger cord, which defeats the purpose of the “wireless” controller. This charged his 2 controllers almost instantly. It is FAST. I do worry about leaving them on the charger even once they are fully charged, but so far so good.

Overall an awesome product that I do recommend. My only complaint would be that the wire to connect to the wall outlet is a little too short.
