It is cheaper than a lot of their competitors on the market while not sacrificing its quality. It comes with a Y wire splitter to separate the inputs to both mic and headset. This is one less accessory to purchase if needed.Mic Quality:I am using it for streaming, Discord, and web conference calls. i have been told from my audience that the quality of the mic is great. The mic is sensitive to the degree where it is capable of picking up a lot of the most complex annunciations. However, it does a great job of noise cancellation of ambient, external, noises. I even configured my stream audio via voicemeeter and computer recording playback, so that I could verify the sound, pickup, noise cancellation, etc. and so far this product delivers on all fronts.Manufacturing Quality:Besides the functionality it provides, the quality of the hardware itself is something to take note of. This product combines durability with a touch of gaming decor delight. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of weak points in the hardware’s structural integrity.There doesn’t seem to be a lot of areas where there are plastic parts that would eventually be compromised through wear-and-tear/day-to-day use i.e some models of logitech headsets. The Microphone boom is encased by a flexible metal clad encasing which provides protection to the mic wiring while being easily adjustable. Just FYI, if you adjust the boom while recording, the metal may click and be picked up by the mic ;)In addition, the gaming lights on the side are nice. It complements my k95 platinum and mouse rgb configs nicely. The lights are static and non-configurable but the lighting pattern is nice. It has a RGB rainbow pattern that spins around in a clockwise direction and with the proper amount of illumination.Furthermore, The comfort of the headset is nice and I was able to wear the headset for well over 4 hours with out discomfort. The headset also fits around my ears nicely (and i have monkey ears that pop out). It provides great noise cancellation for both the mic and speakers. It cancels out external sounds so that both my mic and ears do not hear whats going on in the outside world. This could be bad if it cuts off your senses to the real world :)Lastly, to drive this review home, the service that RUNMUS provides is superb. The company believes strongly in its customer service policies and they have truly understood the importance of a positive customer relationship. They must be confident in their product where they would offer an extended 1 year, to the already existing 1 year warranty, for a total of a 2 year coverage on this product. Great headset even better value for the price! It’s well made, braided cables with flexible rubber at the ends to prevent crimping. Sound is very good also, it’s as good or better than $100 headsets I’ve used in the past. Highly recommend

This headset is amazing! I purchased this for my son to use it with his friends when they are a playing games. He loves it so much. I tried it myself and they are really the best headsets out there. The ear pieces are very comfortable, the sound quality is superb, and can be used for many things. I asked my son if he would rate it on a scale 1 to 10, he told me that he gives it 1000. He is very happy and I am happy with my purchase. For the price you can’t beat it! I would recommend this gaming headset to anyone looking for a great headset.

I have owned several headsets from this company. The main reason is for my son that plays Fortnite. While his playing skill improved, I always try to get a better headset to him.ComfortThis headsets are inexpensive but don’t let the price fool you. They have improved the ears cushions and they feel very comfortable. You can have them for hours and you won’t feel them in your head. My son has long periods of gaming and he has never said anything bad about the headsets.SoundThe sound has also improved from the previous version. The sound is more clear and according to my son, there are sounds he didn’t hear before. He says that because of this, he always knows where the enemy is coming from.SizeOne thing I love from this headset is the size. They are smaller in size which are perfect for smaller size heads. With other headsets, they looked ridiculously big in one person head especially in kids. This a perfect for kids but don’t get me wrong. They can be adjusted and any person can use them. I used them and they are great. See the picture of my boy and you will see what I’m talking about.ConclusionThis headset are a big update from the previous version. They sound great, are confortable, the rgb lights are sexy (you can know turn them off in the headset), they are reduced in size which is perfect.If you are looking for an inexpensive headset with premium feel and excellent sound, this are your headsets. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a few ‘value’ headsets this weekend on black friday and figured if one was decent, I’d use it to replace an almost broken headset I’ve had for years and if not I’d give it to my kids to use. This one was by far the worst of them.Pro’s: Long cord, decent comfort, mic is fine.Con’s: Horrible audio. It’s muddy, 5k+ hz (high’s) heavy, and downright terrible for any sort of music or game play. In Starcraft II, COD, Red Dead, Halo, (PC, xbox, doesn’t matter) there is almost no bass and in COD my typical cues are not audible. I even attempted to eq the headset in my realtek mixer with no luck. The entire audio range is really muddy and doesn’t even match a few other headsets I also bought on black Friday. I can honestly say the Amazon rating does not match the product – my guess for why the rating is so far off is that there is an insert card promising some random people who leave good reviews will get their choice of a free gift they pick like a second headset, mice, etc. My suggestion is if you’re looking for a value headset, look elsewhere.Edit: I added another star because the company has contacted me here and via e-mail to offer a refund or exchange. The company seems focused on making sure buyers get a product they like and I think that’s upstanding. I did decline the refund or exchange because it’s not worth my time right now and I have used the headset as a backup a few times but not enough to care about the sound quality.
