Sounds great, very comfy.
Contrary to most of the reviews, I actually really love this headset. The sound is fantastic, the mic is small, but picks up my voice and nothing really around it. I have a small head, so it fits great, it’s actually even a little too big for my head, where the muffs are s tad too low on my ears, instead of centered, but it’s not uncomfortable. The muffs are haven’t caused me any discomfort at all, even with glasses on. It makes a nice chime when it’s connecting and connected, and makes a nice chime when you’re turning it off as well. I think the only downside to this is is picks up outside noises a little to well with the mic monitoring, it won’t broadcast it when you’re talking with friends, but I can hear myself clicking the mouse when the mic is down. My friends said I don’t sound any different that my last headset and sound crisp and clear, so I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent headset at a really good price.

Awesome headset
This is a great headphone, it is very comfortable, the sound is fantastic and they are very easy to set up. The firmware update must be done on a PC, but it is very easy. It also automatically connects to PS4 at the push of a button, so there are no pairing problems.I would recommend them to someone who wants good wireless headphones without spending a lot of money.update: headphones last over 15 hours on one charge

Works on Windows 10 like a charm!
I bought these in preparation of upgrading to a gaming PC from a laptop. The sound quality is really good. My only complaint is the bass is kind of low. However, the headset has 4 different modes. I’ve found mode 2 has more bass. The headset really shines in its mic and comfort. The mic is actually a little TOO good; I would recommend downloading some noise cancelling software. If I leave my door open, I can hear conversations on the other side of the house. No integrated noise cancelling software might be a downside to some people, but I like it because then you get to choose how much noise cancellation you want. I have a large head, and I can wear these with my glasses and hat on. Bottom line: this is a really nice headset if you need a decent wireless headset for console or PC. I’m keeping a star off because of the mic, bass, and this is my second day with them; I don’t know what the longevity is.

I was excited to receive these as my old wired set of turtle beach headphones were wearing out. Unfortunately, these just couldn’t maintain a connection between the receiver and the headset. The two times I was actually able to get the headset to pair, the audio dropped within 20 minutes, and I had to try to re-pair again.I checked on the turtle beach website for new firmware and there’s no update available for these. Very disappointed as someone who has had no issues with turtle beach headsets in the past.

Disappointed – broken PS Golds work better
After years my Playstation Gold headset finally broke, I presumed this Turtle Beach product would outperform the generic Sony brand and I was wrong. No chat/game rocker, only volume rocket and an In-ear monitor rocker for some reason. Pairing this device with the ps4 is a nightmare, if you don’t keep an active connection the headset will shut off in 5 minutes, you cant change this. If the connection is inactive for long enough you can no longer connect the headset to the ps4 simply by turning them on, you have to physically remove and replace the usb dongle from the ps4 to reconnect. Also, simply turning the headset off doesn’t reroute the audio back through the TV, you’ll have to go into settings and change the headset audio to Chat Only if you want TV audio without getting up to remove the dongle. Going back to my broken ps golds until the ps5 headset is released.

Mic is awful. I have to yell for the others can hear me.
The headset is comfortable, sounds decent, but the mic is awful.I have to yell for the others in the party to hear me.The headset isn’t seen by the computer app, or the IOS app. So i have no way of updating the firmware to see if that fixes the issue. I wanted to love these, but unfortunately, I will be returning them.

Honest review (You were so close turtle beach)
-My headset completely died after a week, sent them back. maybe i got a bad cookie but they were not for me because they get uncomfortable after a hour.Pros:-Wow these are LOUD great bass and highs.-Look way better than the V1-USB type C-Glasses friendlyCons:-connectivity issues (sometimes takes me 10-15 mins)-I could never tell the battery level there is no more voice like the v1 which is a downgrade-If you have a big head/ears with glasses get ready for a long painful break-in period.-controls feel cheap-Mic is no upgrade from the V1-The software feels like it’s from 2008-Not as comfortable as the V1-I could still hear the game music clearly with the V1 walking downstairs, not with the V2

Literally just handed the box ten minutes ago. Was super pumped because I have been in desperate need of a new headset as my old one was wired and has been cutting in and out on audio and doing weird noises for others any time I’m in a party. The package came nice, not dented, but when I opened it up, it was the black headset inside, not the white.Obviously not a huge deal if they perform the same, but still, I was a bit bummed. My dad bought these for me (I’m writing from his account) and the options are really limited in terms of color. If I had my choice I would get a pink headset, but I settled for white. Now I guess I’ll settle for black.Will update review when I actually can use them tonight, still very excited to have a nice wireless headset!

chat and game volume cannot be adjusted separately.
I had a turtle beach stealth 500 which i loved until they broke. So i decided on an upgrade to 600 2 gen. when i realized that the chat and game volume were not able to be adjusted separately i was very disappointed. you have to adjust chat volume on the console in chat. other than that they are comfortable as i wear glasses and despite the mic being by my cheek and not by my mouth people can still hear me.

Awesome headset
Love the fact that they are wireless. Headset is very comfortable and sound is great. The amplified sound and mic monitoring is one of the best features on this unit. Not only is the sound clear, you can hear yourself speaking so you’re not yelling in the house. Haven’t checked the battery charge time but 15 hours is more than enough for me.
