Was worried about buying an expensive electronic item like this online and having it shipped to me. Looked at each one x on Amazon and wanted to find the most reliable shipper. After finding this listing I was sold. 99.9% customer satisfaction and 300+ items shipped in that month. No other seller came close that.Item arrived on time and in perfect condition.Just a few extra notes for those interested:-Was amazed at the upgrade from xbox one to one x even with a tv not 4k capable. At 1080 the one x supersamples and games will show more detail.-buy a dependable external hard drive and put your games on it. Better performance and greatly reduces the chances of having any issues that are known with this new console.-expect Microsoft to release a new console in 2020.-if upgrading TVs like many do after a purchase like this, use rtings.com to compare brands/models as opposed to just buying the brand.

The kids loved it, when it worked that is… Microsoft is a nightmare to deal with
So, everything was great, until it wan’t! The machine ran into some errors about 3 months in. I followed all of the trouble shooting protocol that I found on microsoft’s website but to no avail… After 2.5 hours on the phone with microsoft I was able to get things resolved, or so I thought. Brought it to a microsoft store where the team members where rather rude and explained the arrangement that I had worked out on the phone with microsoft… The store employees did not agree with the arrangement and tried to tell me that they could not honor the agreement. After an hour there, where I got rather heated, I was finally able to get a refurbished console. Did I mention that I had to drive an hour and a half to get there? Not too thrilled with microsoft!

It’s an XBox … what can you say
I don’t yet see anything special about this XBox One, when compared to the 1S. In my opinion, you’ll be better off saving your $ and buying an XBox One S. Maybe if you’re doing 4K gaming, it might be worth the $, but I’m not. I see no reason to purchase this over the 1S.

The xbox we should’ve had all along
I didnt like the waiting to recieve my package or the downloading of 4k updates and games lol because i waited a year to purchase this system. I am so glad my og xbox one died after 5 years of use because the one x is the system they should have put out all along. Quiet, fast, powerful and the games look excellent on my 4k 43inch lg tv. Games like 2k19 forza 7 forza horizon 4 and black ops 4 leave you in awe of the eye candy. The system also does not run hot or get audible trying to cool under load which is to me amazing. All in all am a happy camper got it at 399 so worth it.

I had the Old Xbox One and I have a TV with 4K and HDR. I gotta say that it looks Great. It’s not a whole new system but I see what the upgrade did. It’s much better than what I had before. I’m sure it will improve over time. I want to play my games at the highest quality I can. I will admit that I was Happy with the Old System. Ive had a 4K HDR tv for a while now. And I was ok with just upscaling cable.This system just puts me into the future. I want to be ready for what’s ahead and it doesn’t hurt to have all the extras. Because one day this will become old too.I wouldn’t go back to the old one.I already had an external hard drive anyway. It had all the enhanced content already downloaded from who knows how far back.I like this system.

Big upgrade over my old Xbox 360, but the main menu isn’t as good
My old Xbox 360 was essentially an obsolete paper weight: 1) It’s not compatible with current games, 2) it doesn’t have a Blue Ray Player, and 3) the apps I used often on the 360 (Netflix, NHL, MLB) weren’t being updated. However I stuck with it as long as I had a 1080p TV. When that TV broke, I upgraded to a 4K HDR TV. To best utilize the new TV’s features I needed a new UHD streaming device (like a Roku Streaming Stick +), a Blue Ray player, and a better (4K) gaming system. This XBOX One X is all three in one, and at a sale price of $360 for the NBA2K19 bundle it was too good to pass up. It streams content in UHD (though usually at 2160p due to the source apps like Netflix, though I could upgrade), has all the apps I use regularly on my three 1080p Roku streaming sticks except PBS (I use Tablo, Netflix, Sling, Amazon Prime, HBO Now, ESPN, iHeart Radio, NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA), and it can play games in 4K. I’m not a huge gamer anymore as I only play Madden and Halo, but this XBox One X’s processing speed and backwards compatibility with X360 games should tide me over for at least 5 years. You should also get a Xbox media remote if you plan to use this system often for HD streaming and Blue Ray Disks so you won’t have to use the controller. I bought a $20 Talon Media remote and it works well.My only complaint is the horrible home screen. Definitely a step back from the ease of the 360’s interface. Microsoft needs to take a cue from Roku and realize their system can be used as a 4K streamer and Blue Ray player and not emphasize a “gaming” interface so much, or provide us with interface options like moving the app screen to the top of the home screen. It’s also difficult to exit apps (the B button or arrow button won’t do it) as you have to hit the Xbox button, select the app, then the 3 bar button, then select quit. Really?! With Roku it’s just the arrow button. Also, as a cord cutter I would like to try One Guide, but there is no Coax port on the back of the Xbox. This could easily have been a 5 star rating if Microsoft had put more thought into using the Xbox One X as a integrated media system. How about integrating Tablo into your device and taking a cue from a Roku TV’s interface?I’m still a fan of Xbox though, and can’t wait to play Halo 5!

A noticeable performance increase for
I’ve been relatively happy with the upgrade from my Xbox one S. However after about one month, the power supply went bad. Had to mail it back to Microsoft for repair and should have it back in a few days. Graphics are an improvement but I’m very impressed with the drastically reduced load times for games that used to take FOREVER on the one S (like RDR2 and Forza horizon 4). I wish they had a place to plug in the Kinect direct, instead I had to buy this ridiculous pair of usb conversion things that take up a lot of space and add a ton of extra cords. I use it mostly for the voice control. Too bad the “Xbox mute wife” command is not working.

Xbox One X 1TB Console – NBA 2K19 Bundle …My grandson wanted the Xbox One X. Its very quiet when its running a big plus to me. It comes with NBA 2k19 , this is an awesome game. It does come with one controller but you will need to buy a second if more than one person will play. I also recommend a cooling fan as it runs warm when playing . You can also use it as a blue ray player saving money and space.
