    Good collection of games

First off, to other reviewers of this game, get over the “have to unlock games” rant. I almost did not buy game because of that complaint. Imagine my surprise when it took me all of 45 minutes of play to unlock all the games. I played each of the unlocked games like 4 times and had earned enough tickets to unlock the remaining games and I suck at gaming. The games are a mix of silly games and fun games with a few really good games. It is a good mix that will entertain children and pass some time for adults. Up to 4 players can play each game and if you play alone you play against 3 AIs at you choice of easy, medium and hard. once you unlock all the games, use can use your tickets to unlock customizations for you game character avatar. Well worth the low cost, only cons are a few of the games are too silly to warrant repeat play and there should be something else you could do with all the tickets you amass

    Fun game

The gam itself is okay to play. However, you might get dizzy while playing this game. The color and picture, the quality of the graphic is not that good. Make me a hard time to play and sometime to understand how to play the game. But if you like th carnival (like me) you will enjoy it 😉

    Excellent Game

My daughter loves this game collection. She is not really a gamer kid but we travel allot and I thought it would be good to keep her busy in the car. So much to do on this game and you unlock more games when you earn tickets. Great buy for my 11 year old. Much recommended.

    Good Family Party Game.

I didn’t have any games for younger players, so I bought this game to play with my 5 year old niece and 7 year old nephew on my Switch. Most of the games are pretty simple and quick to learn. We all had different favorite games and really enjoyed multiplayer. Overall, we had a great time and it only took us about 4-5 hours to unlock many of the games. Also, I thought it looked really good on my 55″ TV.

    Seeing and a miss.

This game is not good.I only paid $15 and I wouldn’t spend that again.Only three minigames unlocked to begin with. Hard to control so it’s not even fun. Of the first three only the batting one is remotely enjoyable. For a short time. Then it becomes monotonous.I regret spending my money. Glad I didn’t pay more.

    Trust me. It’s not good.

So I read the reviews. Most talking about having to unlock motion controls or various games. The old one made you unlock games too so I thought eh that’s not that big of a deal. It gives me some kind of goal. And heck for $20 how bad could it be right?Well, the graphics are terrible for a game originally sold at $50. The controls and UI are confusing. The games are very basic (not like some of the delightfully difficult games in the original). There are no special game versions like the old one. When you play split screen games, it does a full four-way split even if you’re playing with AIs, so it’s hard to see. It’s slow to load everything. The algorithm for earning tickets is all over the place. You may earn 40 tickets for first place or you may earn 3. And once you do unlock all the games (it took us less than an hour) there’s no real goal to work towards other than some weird outfit items. Oh and the games aren’t real carnival games. Most are just weird made up mini games with a carnival vibe.Unless this game drops to like $10 do not buy it.

    Pretty Meh

Many years ago, before I had kids, I had a Wii. I remember doing bowling and other games on it and thinking it was fun. For some reason, I thought this would compare. It doesn’t. It was nothing like that. If it were better for what it is, that wouldn’t have mattered but it’s just so meh.I wanted something for family game time to play on the weekends. I sat down with my 5-year-old and m 8-year-old and there was some frustration connecting multiplayer, choosing characters, and then figuring out games. But once we got that working, we got over most of the annoyance. My exaggerated reactions to winning and losing made it more fun for the kids and I do catch them playing it against each other without me sometimes now. As young children they find it fun. As an adult, I just can’t get into it.Having to play game to earn tickets and then use those tickets to unlock other games isn’t a huge deal. The tickets add up pretty fast. Except I already paid for the game and feel like I should have immediate access to it all. The kids, on the other hand, are used to playing games where they unlock rewards. It is how most of the educational games and apps they use work, so that was actually fine with them. The variety of games left me unimpressed and after a while it feels like most of them are the same anyway. For some, it’s a matter of how fast you can hit a button and there is very little skill or strategy needed. Which again was disappointing as an adult but worked for kids. It’s not a terrible game, it just isn’t very good.

    Fun game

Fun game, I made an in home carnival for my boys during quarantine and set this up on the projector. Made it feel like a real carnival. It’s fun and competitive and you can play as teams. Good price for a fun game, and it’s not hard to unlock levels. My boys are 10 & 13, they were the perfect age for this.

STEP RIGHT UP! WINNER EVERY TIME

I had played carnival games on other Nintendo platforms, and they were always amusing, so I assumed this would be the same. and I was right. the game allows four people to play at the same time (if you have enough controllers) with each person using one of the handsets. the controls are easy to learn, and the games are fun and competitive.if you’re playing with more than one person, i recommend docking the switch and playing on a TV, because there is a lot to see and two or more heads trying to hover over the switch itself would be tough.I haven’t played all the games, but they’re all good and use different skills, so you can be good at one and bad at another, and still have a good time.
