Hard Copy with No Disk?
I got this box over a download because I wanted a physical CD. I prefer physical media. What I got was a piece of cardboard with a code. The game itself is wonderful. However, there is no point in getting the physical box if all you get is a code with some stickers.

Great Game, No Disc
The game itself is amazing! It expands on its predecessor in almost every way. I’d give it 5 stars for that alone; but unlike an online code, that’s not supposed to be the whole package here.If you’re purchasing a physical copy because you were hoping to have an install disc inside (which is the whole point of purchasing a physical copy unless it’s the collector’s edition with other fun things). If you live out in the country and were hoping to have a physical install disc to alleviate your data cap issues, the won’t help. And it’s a pretty hefty download at that.I hope this helps!

Deviation from previous titles
3 stars because I’m not fond of the new formulaic way of defeating enemies. No more blasting your way through levels, now you have to do it in specific order and ways.Its not a bad game, or poorly made – just too far of a deviation for me.

The game overall is fantastic If Doom 2016 left you craving for more this is a must have for any hardcore fanSadly Snapmap mode that was in Doom 2016 isn’t in this game maybe that’ll change later.A little heads up when I received my game the pre-order came with doom 64 and the code listed directions of redeeming it on Orgin disregard those instructions it’s a Bethesda game you have to redeem it on the Bethesda.net downloadable client, I loved doom 64 back on the Nintendo 64 and with them including it is a nice bonus this version of doom 64 has a few new levels its awesome.

For the price I paid for this deluxe edition as it was in like new condition was cheaper than the base game itself. I was sketchy at first as I assumed the like new meant it could of been possibly used where the code may have been already redeemed. So when I got the game the dlc and game code worked as I hoped.So if you got it for a deal in like new it is worth the price.
