Disappointing buy, weak base
So I’ve been looking for a new regular pair of headphones since Turtle Beach discontinued their line of X12 headsets and I’ve tried a couple replacements but this is probably the worst so far. Now the headphones aren’t bad necessarily, the quality just wasn’t what I was expecting. The sound is clear but coming from the strong base and noise canceling of my last headphones these sound totally washed out by comparison. The base is super weak and I had to double check to make sure my outputs weren’t having issues.I might just return these, take the loss on the shipping and look for something better.

Excellent video conferencing/gaming headset for the price
This was my first gaming headset and I think I chose well (out of the hundreds available on Amazon).The packaging was decent. The headset comes in bubble wrap and includes a nice manual. It’s pretty self explanatory though. Just plug and play which is great. No drivers or software necessary.What I was not expecting is to get a really nice BRAIDED cable with a velcro strap. Awesome! It also comes with a splitter for separate mic and audio jacks (some desktops have this). Without it, it’s just a regular 3.5mm jack that works with a lot of common devices.Mic quality: To me, the most important thing was the microphone quality. After all, that is why this is called a headset and not headphones. I’m using it for Zoom calls all day long and some light gaming. But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected an okay microphone performance given the price, but people on the other end told me that I sounded like a radio host! My voice was deep and clear, with minimal background noise pickup. I couldn’t be happier.Sound quality: I am by no means an audio expert, but to me, they sounded about as good as budget headsets can be. I noticed good bass response and clear voices in my calls. I won’t be using these to listen to music, as I believe they were designed for clarity and sound positioning during gaming.Comfort: Now this is tricky for me. They’re definitely no Bose when it comes to comfort. When you put them on, they feel super light, which is great, but they are also not very adjustable. The earcups do not swivel, so they never quite make a seal. I guess that’s okay if you want to hear your surroundings, but others might hear your audio too. However, because they are so light and loose fitting, I basically forgot I was wearing them. The ear cups are not super plush, but that means less heat. It’s really a trade-off in this case and if you don’t compare them to expensive Bose or Sony headphones, you probably won’t notice. It does bug me though, so I would probably take off half a star if I could. If the earcups swiveled, it would make a big difference.To sum things up, buy these for the microphone quality, features (like RGB and volume/mute control), and the price. The build quality leaves much to be desired, but with this price, you can’t complain much. They are plastic and have a cheap feel, but who cares? You are buying these because you want a budget solution to the crap sounding mics in traditional headphones and a headset for gaming, so take it or leave it 🙂

A really good one here!!!
I had been looking for a new headset for my CS:GO and daily work, and I found this one. It is just under $30, but the quality is much more than that. First, the ear covering part is soft, make me feel very comfortable wearing it. The LED light makes it looks pretty cool. Color matches each other make it looks very good, the material is stronger than I expected and doesn’t look like a $30 headset.The sound quality is good, I have been using it for 2 weeks now and never have any problem with it. The mic is also good, the sound I recording is pretty clear and loud.I recommend this product!

The microphone is good and is comparable to higher end headphones.It picks up sound perfectly and is clear when testing. The sound is crisp and the directional sound is good as well.This is perfect for the school virtual classes, my daughter love it!!The headphones are very comfortable. These are amazing. Clean crisp sound in comfortable soft muffs
I purchased this for my 11yr old son who is the gamer of the family. He uses headphones to play roblox, fortnite and on discord. He was very excited when he first put these on. He said the comfort of the headband was superb and soft pillowy earmuffs unlike any of the other ones I’ve ever bought him. And the ones I have bought him before have been more expensive so I was actually surprised by this. Normally a kid his age doesnt notice this so there must be something to it cause ascetics isn’t something kids go for first, although he does have ocd. His other ear muffs he used to tear apart trying to make them fit or be more comfortable so I could tell they drove him nuts. Another great feature my son says he likes is the noise canceling-he feels like he is really immersed in his game when he has these headphones on. While it’s blocking out all the noises in the house the speaker drivers are pushing sound in all directions keeping him thoroughly engrossed in the game. For mommy it’s a little frustrating though cause it means I’m screaming at him or having to wait for a break in play for him to hear me to take out the trash or put out the dog lol. He especially likes the new headset while using discord. In fact, I’ve seen him more on there now since he’s gotten these than on his xbox or PlayStation. He said he likes talking on their now cause And people can finally understand him& I agree-he doesn’t sound so garbled, like he was talking in an under water tank. So the microphone works 10x better than the other headsets. Now he says he don’t want a PlayStation 5 he just wants a gaming computer for Christmas since he has good equipment lol.Oooh I forgot to add, the light is also a cute little touch too. It’s nice to see that little glow at night. And personally I’m glad he’s got a comfortable listening device for starting this virtual school this year. I need to purchase another for my daughter in fact.

Affordable third party headset
Another headset to add too my collection. This time it has a versatile array of connect options. From a ps4, Xbox, switch, or PC. I noticed that it has one hell of a tethered long cord.The cord has a split end to it. One for auxiliary and the other for its lights (lighting on the headset, via USB). Standard 40mm drivers, coupled with dual splitter for your desktop needs (or amp setup).There a few things I wanted to point out. The band itself is OK, not the greatest.quite a tight fit for the couple of hours that I wore it. The giant control attached the aux cord is cumbersome. With a volume rocker, and a mute switch. The attachment itself is fairly noticeable, hence why it’s cumbersome.

A Pleasant Surprise!
I had originally picked them up because they were reasonably priced for my husband to use with his PS4, but after trying them out, I decided to keep them for myself to use virtually because I am a psychotherapist. They are extremely comfortable, have great surround sound and are essentially noise canceling. I would definitely recommend them even if you are not a gamer.

Quality budget headset
Had to buy a new headset because the earcups on my old one were peeling so I found this one on Amazon for about $26 and so far it was definitely worth it.I use my headset primarily for discord so for me the most important part is less sound quality but more the microphone and everyone on my discord server says I sound much, much clearer than with my old microphone which was a pleasant surprise. That and I’ve never had a dedicated mute button on any of my other budget headphones so that’s pretty cool.Sound quality is as much as you’d expect from this price range which is good. It’s not like you’re paying $200 for Bose headphones so don’t expect Bose quality or a deep bass but for general discord use and light gaming it’s pretty good.All in all, a good purchase.

A little underpowered
Great for a cheap pair of headphones but an little underpowered for me. Volume max and it can still be a bit louder, I’d say on a scale of where these are volume wise compared to my other set its like 50% reduction in sound output. I like music amd games to be loud, this pair won’t get you there but it is still a good set. The inside of the earphone you can feel the plastic in there pressed against your ear so some slight meh feeling but still good for extended use.
