Very Good Wireless Headset
The sound quality of this headset is very good. It may be a bit bass heavy for some people’s liking, but it is still great overall. The boom mic that came with it is tremendous, and really gets the job done well, compared to other wireless headsets. The battery life is insane on this. I charged it for an hour the day I got it, and it didn’t run out after a week of solid use. It is fairly comfortable, and works well. Overall, I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for a decent headset.

Expect to destroy your hearing! when you turn it on it goes full volume every time! I have tried many times to turn it down and keep it down. even returned the first set thinking this is BS! Nope same thing on other. SO I have to remember to NOT PUT ON MY HEADSET WHILE TURNING ON!! TOTAL BS! I tried to contact customer support from manufacturer. Their support link is disabled. NO help! NO answers! No guidance! shopping at amazon is great until there is an issue Then its NOT! Amazon needs to baby sit their sellers on returns /Refunds , not AMAZON CUSTOMERS!would have been 5 stars NO problem otherwise. I value my hearing and this is Unexceptionable! If I wasnt so busy I would return the replacement too. Wasting my time!

Avantree DG59M with Mic
I purchased this for working at home due to the COVID situation.1. Sound quality is decent for audio conferencing, but somewhat overly bassy and distorted for music at any volume level. The closed back design is good for reasonable background noise isolation.2. Comfort is good for my head. The headband is nicely adjustable, though is a bit narrow and could use more padding. However, after wearing this for about 6 hours per day, it’s not worse than some other headphones and better than many.3. Battery life is really good. I charge about every 3-4 days and it has never even been low.4. The volume always starts at 82% after the headphone pairs with the bluetooth dongle. That is quite loud and annoying.5. Pairing with a BT device such as a phone does not stick after switching back to the USB bluetooth dongle pair.

I was happy to find a pair of headphones with a mic that didn’t sound like total garbage. there are two drawbacks, though. 1) they’re tighter than I would like. 2) the ear cups are small. I don’t have big ears and they still bother me after a while. I wish they had big circular cups instead of oval ones. I wish the padding was thicker, also.

Microphone does not work with Zoom or BlueJeans meetings
I use this to work from home. Sound quality is good. People say they can hear me fine. It is comfortable to wear for long periods. But the mic on this device does not work in Zoom or BlueJeans meetings. Teams and Skype seem to work fine. Zoom is 75% of my meetings, so I will have to return the device.

High quality wireless headset with a few minor annoyances
GOOD:I love these headphones – they’re not perfect comfort as they are smaller (but much lighter!) than I imagined when I bought them off here. Seriously, very lightweight. Great quality sound, great range, and INSANE battery life! 40 continuous hours is no joke, sometimes I end up leaving them on overnight when I go to bed. Surprisingly, it also has a tiny mic hole without the mic stick (which can be removed); the mic hole doesn’t pick up very well all the time though, so it’s better to use the boom mic stick that it comes with, but being detachable makes it worth buying this model over the other one, or other headsets at this price range, and adds to portability if you have a concern for headphones taking up a lot of bag space – these don’t.BAD:1. Every time you turn them on or off, it takes 10 seconds of holding down the button, and it says “Welcome to Avantree! …. Connected!” or “Goodbye”, respectfully. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize you were pressing it, and have to do it again. This can mean waiting up to 20-30 seconds before it’s actually on or off. Kind of annoying, but considering the battery life it’s not a problem that often.2. Every time it connects it forces the sound volume to 80 on Windows 10, whether it was lower or higher before connecting. This is probably the worst part about them because I always have to re-adjust the volume – THEY ARE SUPER LOUD ABOVE 60!3. The build quality for adjusting the headphone spacing isn’t great – they literally squeak when I shift them, but they don’t move when I wear them and since I’m the only one who uses them, I only adjust them if I’m packing things tightly in my bag, which isn’t often. Minor annoyance, and cause for concern in the long term.This one at least has a classy clean non-flashy look and is quite portable, not bulky. I’ve had them for a couple months now and overall I still give it 5/5 because other headsets at this price are very subpar, ridiculously huge, or ugly – definitely great bang for buck, but could certainly be improved for that fabled 5/7 rating.

Avantree was great to work with!
I work from home and am using this headset to make phone calls. The sound quality on my end is perfect and I find the headset to be very comfortable. I want to give this a 5 star rating but can’t because the issue I am having, maybe someone who has this headset can help, is that the person on the other end of the phone call hears everything they are saying to me making it hard for them to continue talking to me. I have tried with and without the microphone stick and same issue. If I cover up the microphone with my hand then it stops happening. I can’t keep doing this because I’m typing while I am talking. Any suggestions? If not, I will have to return them.UPDATE: I reached out to the company, they sent me a replacement and it works great! I updated my star rating to 5 stars. Great headset and the company stands behind their products like they should

Pretty good!
I like the sound quality on this and connection range is very good. It’s a bit bulkier than I probably want but that’s on me as there is no discrepancy between the product I received and what’s shown in the images.My only “gripe” (which isn’t much) is that the microphone can become slightly disconnected and it’s not easy to figure out when that happens. I.e., no one can hear me, though I’m not on mute, etc. Quick fix just to apply a bit of pressure to the bottom to re-connect it and now I’m in the habit of insuring it’s fully “plugged in” prior to every call/meeting.Otherwise no issues!

They felt like on ear headphones
My friend recommended with very high praises, and as I was in the market for wireless headphones these seemed to fit the bill. When they came however, I was very disappointed and confused. I immediately thought that I messed up the purchase and ordered on ear headphones, as they were way smaller than expected and the inner foam cup made full contact with my ear pushing it to my head. It was a terrible feeling, I even decided to give them a chance for a whole 20 min before I couldn’t take anymore discomfort. I even double checked with my friend and amazon website, they are over-ear but there is no space between the ear and the foam cup. I immediately returned and had to look else where.if you are like me and need space for your ears: I very much like the amazon basic wired headset. I purchased very cheap at the time, though they might be more expensive now, but not the best mic quality but acceptable.I went with steel series arctis 1 wireless headset and love them. The foam pieces are comfy but they can touch the ends of my ears on occasion (not enough for it to bother me). Even if they did, I can change out the foam from amazon basic which are more still and provide that extra support.-But my friend really raves about these headphones so you might not be like me, and you could really enjoy these headphones-
