Great Headset For The Price
This headset is a great buy for someone who wants to get a decent headset for a decent price. I was just looking for something to use with my Xbox once in a while but this might end up replacing my Logitech headset for my computer because it is so comfortable.Pros- Lightweight Design- Comfortable around the ear- Decent sound (nothing spectacular)- Durable CableCons- Cable is a little short for use with a computer- In-Line volume controller is very large- When using with an Xbox controller the USB plug in gets annoying when it swings around

This small business will do what it can to make things right!
Initially, I was not a happy customer. The product wouldn’t interface and it was a little difficult to get much in the way of support. However, in the end, these folks came through in a big way to ensure that I walked away a happy customer. The problem with the product was a mini-jack that was defective and couldn’t fully engage with my PS4. Honestly, in tech, a world of things can go wrong along the way and this particular problem was more a reflection of a third-party vendor supplying an item that was likely not up to standard LONG before TBI Corporation got a hold of it. In the end, they went the extra mile to make things right and, really, that is all you can ask as a customer. I am very satisfied that TBI will do the same for you.

Sound Quality Tanks Quickly Note: Changed
I bought these headphones and quickly found that the audio quality crackled. The mic works fine, but unfortunately it doesn’t matter how cheap they are if the audio doesn’t work. Avoid these, I’ve read on other products made by the same company that the reviews might be false.Edit: After Trouble ShootingGeorge the owner contacted me and this prompted me to do a reevaluation. George was very straightforward with replacing the product, or just letting me walk off with an Amazon gift card. I’ve done product design before myself, I know we are all idiots at one time or another and misuse a product. There’s also a point to make to encourage people like George to keep on doing what he does with his company. He genuinely cares about the reviews and hopefully making his product better.So, lets just start by saying I’m an idiot. Either from my cat pounding the wrong setting while I was tinkering with things, or whatever I hit something with normal windows audio options that made it worse. After resetting defaults it sounded fine again.Beyond that, there is little to no problem with this product. There is a little of an “under the dome” sound to it, but for the price I don’t expect bose. I expect something that can give a good enough experience and let me talk to my friends online. For the price, for the response from George, for the quality I did get this product is highly recommendable.

Great Headset for the money!!
Well, where to start! First off for the money these are awesome headphones. I had a pair of cheaper headsets I bought about 6 years ago, they finally started to fall apart so I wanted to find my next pair. I game regularly and wanted ones that would be over the ear, not on the ear like my last ones. They fit great and are very comfortable around my ears. The mic is good and other people can hear me fine through the games. Only thing to make these better would be a removable mic and being wireless! The sound is really fantastic, they are LOUD compared to my last pair. With those I had to have the volume all the way up on everything and they still were not very loud, these ROCK on the volume level. I do like the fact you can hear yourself in the earphones when you speak, at least through my setup/MB I can.Overall these are great for the money as I was looking at spending 100 or more before I found these.Very pleased with these and really glad at this point I did not spend more, these are just great.Hoping for longevity at this point! Hopefully I can get 6 years out of these as well!

Super lightweight!
I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know how fantastic these are. I’ve been searching for a pair that doesn’t hurt my head and these are definitely the ones! They are lightweight and the “pads” are comfortable and fit around my ears. The only thing that others might want to know is that the lights light up via a short USB cord–so they are best connected to a laptop. I didn’t have any problem with this! 🙂 I tried them with my PS4 controller and laptop, and the sound is perfect for me.Thanks again!!

I love this headset it is amazing it’s so comfortable for long hours on end and the seller is on top of there game if you have questions they answer you super fast and not to mention before my headset got to me the seller sent me a one year free warranty with a quick setup guide to get started with the headset I’ve never had such a amazing experience before will recommend to anyone that I know and anyone looking for a new headset
