Great compact system with 548 games (not 1169 games). Great titles, super fun, screen is a bit small
The device works great. No problems like with similar retro gaming units that won’t load, won’t charge etc. The list of games is impressive both in number and quality. It is a very compact unit which is great but can be a little small for large hands (I am 6’3″) but it is still playable. The screen is a little on the small side but the image quality is good. My only complaint is the system was advertised as a 32gb card with 169 games on the device and 1000 games on the card. What I received was a 16gb card with 40 games on the device and 508 games on the card. The seller was helpful and after my email fixed most of the advertising but there are a few pictures, etc. that show the old information. While I was slightly disappointed the seller tried to make amends and the unit is definitely still worth the price so I kept it.

Nostalgia for me
I have been enjoying these games. Bit of nostalgia for me. I enjoy them a bunch and introduce to my kids. This seems to be doing fine for power so far. I got a different style before and it worked for a short while then stopped after a week. This one seems to be doing alright for now. If that changes I will be sure to report. Otherwise thisfeels good for grip. Easy to use the buttons. The screen isafine aizeand the games atefun to play. Definitely has plenty to choose from. Entertaining :)I thought it only had 169 games. And was happy I saw one or two I had as a kid and a bunch I didn’t buy but wanted. But then I realized the sd card was installed and has 1000 games on it and I’m very happy!Yes! I do wish the screen was bigger. But all about this is nostalgia. My kids love it and I do too. Just wish screen was a bit bigger and little bigger for grip. But still I want to get a second. So I can play and kids and we don’t have to share lolUpdate!So I put the ad card in the computer and I was able to see there are actually 2000 some games. And was able to make it that the games I don’t want the kids playing in a different folder! And the ones they can play are easy access and don’t have to go through thousand games to find it. Much faster and quicker. Getting a second so no fights between the two kids. Love this

Exactly what I wanted
It’s a really nice little GBA emulator. Like other people have said, it is on the smaller side. I find that a good feature though, seeing as it’s really lightweight and fits nicely into a pocket without being heavy or bulky. Battery life is fantastic, I’ve gotten at least 6-7 hours out of a single charge. As it comes with an SD card (which hold most of the games), you can remove it and add your own games. I’ve tried this, but I have a feeling most of the games they excluded from the 500 it comes with is because they lag or glitch on the systems emulator. I’ve gotten a few to work, but a lot of them have issues (which could just be the rom itself). Its really not that big a deal though, seeing as it comes with so many good games. Case is good quality, buttons feel good. The only issue with controls is that it’s hard to use L/R at first. Overall this thing is fantastic for the price. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the screen arrived scratched straight out of the box. It’s not really noticeable since it has a backlight screen though.

My review of the:BAORUITENG Handheld Games Consoles , Retro TV Game Console Video Game Console Player 2.0 InchMy hands are small for a man’s hands and I must say I felt like I was playing my games on a Tamagotchi system if anyone remember those from the 1990s . This device is so small it could probably be carried around on a key chain. I really tried to give the tiny console a chance but I couldn’t get over the small build quality. I need a portable handheld that’s at least the size of a Gameboy pocket. The buttons, directional pad, and quality again is very good and is built to last a long time. The buttons are responsive and to not feel like hard unlike other consoles that have buttons that feel like Smarties’ candies. If the price was around ten dollars this would be good for a young child with small hands, but for even a teenager who is even slightly interested in video games I would have to say pass and buy something with a bigger screen. For the money I’d pay a little more and invest in a Powkiddy with at least a 4.3 inch screen which also has an sd card reader to add your game collection. Think of it as an investment towards the future. These are very good quality and should last years to come. Spend the extra money.

Lots of games in a tiny package!
This is a device that every single 80’s and 90’s teen would have dreamed of having! It is incredibly portable and the screen, thanks to the fact that it is so small, makes the game look very crisp and sharp! You get 40 base games installed on the internal memory plus a lot more on the microSD card!

Good handheld retro emulator
Overall this is a pretty good handheld retro emulation system. I really like that it has a micro SD slot (with micro SD card included) which makes it easy to add (and find) my own games instead of trying to navigate the list of built-in ones. Most games seems plenty responsive with little to no screen tearing, although a few more advanced ones don’t seem to quite run at full speed. The battery lasts for a few hours, which is more than enough time for me. It is easily rechargeable via micro USB, and I like that the battery is user-replaceable (getting to be an oddity these days). My only real desire is for a bigger screen. The one installed is a bit too small for this sized device, and it seems like there is plenty of room for a larger one.

I’ve seen a fair number of YouTube reviews for units like this and decided to grab a couple, this being one.This little guy has some good and some not-so-good, but considering it’s only $30 for all the content it has, I can’t give it a bad score.First off, the not-so-good: The screen on this thing is really small! I played a fair number of the Game Boy games on this console back when they were new, and even my old GBA has a bigger screen than this. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, not all of the games work that well; A small percentage of the games will lock this console up and you’ll have to power it off then back on to keep playing. I was a bit bummed that Golden Sun is one of such problem titles, but again, there’s so many games on this console it’s easy to find something else to play. Build quality is also a little sketchy. The volume roller is wobbly and it’s resistance value isn’t matched well to the console’s circuit: It’s either too loud or too quiet to my ears. The console’s plastic enclosure feels a bit fragile in some places as well.Now onto the good: This little guy has one basic feature that nearly all stock Game Boys didn’t have: A backlit screen! So nice to not have to constantly tilt the console to catch the best light angle for the screen. While I do gripe about the small screen, this console is just as portable as a Game Boy Advance SP, Game Boy Pocket, or a Game Boy Color. Finally, again, the price! This thing costs as much as some Game Boy Advance titles did back in the day!This is huge to me because as you may have gathered, I amassed a collection of Game Boys over the years and still have them. Even if I were to go to a local used game store (they’re getting rare these days!) and splurge a couple hundred dollars on old Game Boy Advance cartridges, my library still wouldn’t match what’s in this console, and no cartridges are required. And once again, this cost the price of one single new Game Boy Advance game, like Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald back in their heydays.So yeah, physical quality is a bit shaky. Software quality between games is a bit spotty, and yes, the screen is small. But this gives you an enormous library packed into something you can drop in your pocket. And as someone who has never really gotten into smartphone/tablet gaming, I’d rather risk losing this while traveling around with it rather than one of my original Game Boys. So if you can spare $30 and like Game Boy Advance games, grab it, it’s worth the price in the end as far as I’m concerned.One final note about the games: There is some filler/shovelware games here, as well as some….Oh, how would I describe them…… games that are “modified” by fans, such as Pokemon Quartz, a “modification” of Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald by someone that doesn’t speak English as their first language. I don’t find it alarming, nor do I consider it extra valid content but I felt it was worth a mention.
