The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because I’m disappointed in how short the cord is for the TV, plus it never worked – I could get sound but never any visuals. I will look to order a longer one that will fit this, because this thing is so cool! I bought it for my son but ended up playing it myself for HOURS last night! I’m also pretty sad that you can’t save your progress on the games once you turn it off, but for the price, I’m pretty impressed overall!

Very pleasantly surprised!
My son got this a few weeks ago. For the price, I was not expecting much. However, him and my other kids have really enjoyed this little handheld. There are a lot of fun games including Mario, and lots of others. I have been very pleasantly surprised and if another of my kids wanted to buy one, I wouldn’t stop them! I definitely recommend this product. If I’m being honest, I’m actually tempted to play it myself.

Great little handheld
This unit is a tiny modulator of over 300 different games. The pros: good battery life. Large selection of games. Color 8bit graphics.Durable for backpacks.Cons: no saving progress. The titles don’t make sense. It is a Chinese unit with english text mixed with Chinese.If you’re looking for handheld you could give your little one for school trips, long bus rides etc, and not have to worry about a brat stealing a 200 dollar handheld, then this is a good choice.

Not bad for nostalgia. Game cartridge works as advertised. My 10yr old daughter is showing an interest in video games so I picked this up as a trial purchase to see if it would hold her interest. Its easy to setup and portable. Battery life is decent. No frills otherwise. Already ordered a Nintendo 2ds handheld after fiddling around with this for 5 minutes.

better than a gameboy
I was hesitant when receiving this item but upon opening this up and turning it on, I was pleasantly surprised. Very durable, dropped it on a tile floor. No problem, its fine. plays well with good button play. Some of my childhood games are on there, others I don’t recognize. probably japanese only. It is missing Super Mario 3 which is a bummer. All in all however for $23 is a steal. thx

Fun little game console!
What a blast from the past! This console has so many games from my childhood! I bought this for my 10 year old son, but I have had just as much fun playing with this game system as he has! The original Ninja Turtles game, Mario Bros, and Robocop are his favorites for now, but with over 300 games to choose from I don’t foresee him getting bored with this device. The console has a 3 inch screen and is light, but does not feel cheap. I can easily carry this around in my purse without it feeling weighted down. An added bonus is that this can be connected to the television! You really can’t go wrong with this console. This is a great value for the price!

8 Year Old Nephew loves it!
My husband once owned a bunch of classic arcade cabinet games and my nephew was really sad when he sold his Pac Man machine. For my nephew’s birthday I wanted to buy him a handheld Pac Man game to replace the machine he missed playing at our place. When comparing prices of solo Pac Man handhelds this seemed like the logical choice considering how many games he’d have especially for the low cost of this handheld console. He love, love, loves this things.

Very good for the price!
This is quite a deal for $20. Lots of great old games on a portable handheld device. Most of the games play just like the original. I have a few small complaints, but for price I can live with them. I only point them out to give a better idea of the product. I have gotten hours of enjoyment from the device already.1. The controls are smallish for adult hands. Example: On a game like Pacman, it can be hard to change directions quickly.2. There is no SELECT button. Example: I love Lode Runner, but if I get trapped but not killed, I can’t sacrifice a life and have to start a new game.3. It can take a long time to select a game. With 333 options, I have to scroll through one at a time, pushing the up or down arrow each time. I can scroll from the beginning or end, but it would be nice if I could set up favorites.4. There are lots of duplicate games. Different name, different artwork, but exact same gameplay.
