Great until it broke after 4 months of use.
Loved this charger until it died. I ordered it four months ago. All of a sudden today it would not power on or charge any of the battery packs. I thought it was the cable so I changed the cable. It wasn’t the cable. Going through three new cables to make sure, the problem is the port where you plug the micro USB into the charger. Unless you hold it at a certain angle, it will not hold power. So this unit is officially non-working after four months. I can’t see a way to contact the manufacturer for a possible warranty replacement so I guess I have to buy another one. Not happy with this product.

Charges, but is charging all the time ?
I like this model a lot more than the previous flimsy version. You can just throw your controller on top of this one and it is always right. The older model needed some fiddling from time to time. The one thing I haven’t figured out is: I keep a couple batteries inside the charger, they charge to 100% while I watch TV or play a game, when i turn the charger off and back on again, the batteries charge again for a long time, while they were at 100% 5 minutes before ? Maybe the charger is just checking the voltage for a long time ?

Perfect charger so far!
I love the fact that there are 4 batteries! With 3 Xbox One’s in the house, this is perfect! I also love the fact that it plugs into the Xbox so you can have it close by without tying up an outlet. I’ve bought a few other brands and a different style battery and they wear out fast and it’s a struggle to set them on the base just right so they’ll charge. Not with this one!

Short battery life.
There is no way this product description is right. The maximum I’ve been getting out of these batteries is 4-6 hours, then I have to change them, not the 30-33 hours like it says on the description. Would I recommend this product? The charging station is very nice, but the battery life was way less than I expected so NO, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Great Charger & Great Customer Service!
I ordered the Dual Dock + 2 Additional Battery Charger for Xbox One Controllers (I have 2 Elite Controllers) to replace the individual (single controller) PowerA chargers that I have had for many years. Packaged arrived as promised the next day. The base holds 2 battery packs and then two controllers can charge on the top cradles. The design is well thought out and the entire unit is compact and unobtrusive. The LED indicators on the front of the charging base are a great feature and are clearly labeled so you can quickly determine the status of each of the 4 battery packs charging. Included in the packaging were several reminders to register the product with Fosmon and contact information for customer service should you have any issues. Unfortunately, I noticed right away that the rear controller cradle was not charging (no LED indication at all, as if the controller was not on the cradle). A quick inspection determined that the charging pins for the rear cradle were missing entirely. After one email to Fosmon Support, a replacement cradle was on the way! They apologized for the issue and explained that, although rare, manufacturing and quality issues can occur. It is obvious that customer service and “brand integrity” are equally important to Fosmon. I think the charger looks and works great and the company is committed to making sure you are happy with the product. I highly recommend this charger and will definitely consider Fosmon’s other products in the future.

A Must Have for Gamers
This is a must have set up for gamers. Unlike many charger systems which come with two rechargeable batteries and space for two controllers, this thing is a beast with four batteries for two controllers. Why does this matter? Well, if you’re someone that games with a friend, a two battery set up means limited gaming time because when your batteries are dead, you have no reserve. This thing gives you each a spare, and they charge faster than you can hope to deplete the one you’re using. On top of the greater flexibility, the charger features “smart” charging, so batteries being on the charger for a while won’t start to degrade their lifespans if you don’t make regular use of them. The batteries themselves are easy to swap into the controller and into the charger base, unlike some other brands that still use a modified back panel to contain the battery, this kit has integrated the battery and back controller panel into a single easy change piece; pop the old one up and out, pop the new one in, turn the controller back on and go to town.

Worked once…and then a small peace of me died in side…
The Quad Pro Controller worked as expected once on my first test. Unfortunately when I unplugged the usb cable (to place the device in its designated location) the internal connected fell off back into the unit.I’m not sure if this has happened to others or if I received a bad unit.What bothers me is that I did not set it up sooner and run into this issue during the return window.Again, the one time I did test the device it was great.I will attempt to reach out to Fosmon to see what my options are but I’m guessing that I’m probably up a creek w/o a paddle.Luckily I purchased it while it was on sale but it wasn’t cheep enough to be happy with only I charge cycle out of it.I’m giving this three stars since it did function as expected and I purchased a different Fosmon charger in the past and it is still chugging away.Not fun being the random person who receives the manufacturing flaw. :|Unless there are a run of reviews like mine I might still recommend the purchase.Good Luck

Saves us so much MONEY
Wish I had bought this earlier, this paid for itself in a matter of a few weeks. We switched to YouTubeTV thru the Xbox so I finally took notice as too how many batteries we were going through. I can’t comment on if they really last as long as they say, recharge time, etc. Can say my son and husband play games and we use the controller for TV control and we are not changing the battery packs all that often. W simply make sure we are charging the old as soon as it dies so we have a steady supply. Haven’t used it much as a controller charging dock, but when we do it works just fine. Will never go back to alkaline batteries for the controllers

No AC power adapter! Easily broken! Blinky lights!
I keep my controllers beside my chair, so having only a USB cable (a short USB cable!) To provide power not only ensures extremely slow charging but I had to buy an AC power block to plug it in away from my Xbox. The micro USB port is very fragile! Instead of having a red/yellow/green charge indicator it has 4 bright green bars that BLINK when charging! Super annoying! Had to cover them with tape so they didn’t catch my eye constantly. Horribly bright in a dark room while gaming! I’m giving this away for Xmas.
