When I opened it there were fingerprints and hairs inside of it and the device had not been factory reset. There was a good bit of information on the past owner, luckily no credit card info had been saved on the device. It works fine but I won’t be buying anything from them again.

At first looked kinda shady cause the DS box did not have a security seal and just easy open, besides that everything was there and the console works perfectly fine. ?

What a sweet deal! Yes, this IS the New 3ds XL. The product name doesn’t mention “New”, but the pic and product description confirmed it. I almost skipped this because the title didn’t say “New”. Glad I didn’t. For little more than what it would cost for the Nintendo plus adapter you pretty much get 2 free games. Super Smash Bros still sells for $30-40, depending on where you buy it, and Ocarina for $15-20, so I definitely got my money’s worth. Glad I didn’t buy it at the store last week… I was so close.***UPDATE***I got this for about $200, I’ve noticed the price is getting higher, so probably not as good a deal now as it was last summer.
