On the right side of the console, locate the hard drive cover release. It is close to the back of the console. Slide the release, diagonally (down and toward the front of the console), while pulling the hard drive open.

Love it! Love it! LOVE IT!!
I bought this on August 5th, and was expecting it on Sunday, to my surprise I got it on Saturday. I was so excited to get it a day earlier than I expected. It was in perfect condition upon arrival, easy to set up, and the color of the console is a pretty steel blue color and I love how slender it is. I’ve been wanting a xbox 360 for over a year (or longer) but wanted to get one before they discontinued it. I don’t regret my purchase at all. It was totally worth it and reasonably priced for it too. I absolutely love it!!! Thank you Amazon prime for the speedy early delivery!!!

Ordered this awhile ago and sent it to my husband across the country as I’m in the military and knew I was only at a temporary duty station. I’m finally on leave and open my package, sign into Xbox live, and download my favorite childhood game, the primary purpose for this purchase. My husband and I have looked on online forums for hours and have tried many different advice from online to no avail. Very disappointed. I reached out to other family members that know Xbox products better than I and they’ve informed me I’ve received a defective product.

I got this for my fiance and he absolutely loved it. It was his favorite color blue and light accent blue didn’t make him love it any less. He has not downloaded one of games that came with it as of yet but he is playing the MW3 with his family. This came with a physical game and one download game. Recommend getting a plug and play for your controller.

The console itself is awesome, I love it
The console itself is awesome, I love it. But the company I got it from lied. They are it was in very good condition, its not. When I run a game the whole thing shakes making it sounds like a lawnmower. Which is obviously not good. Even if I says it’s in good condition in they outside, it doesn’t mean it is in good condition on the inside. Watch out.
