After opening it and using, I love the colored lights and its overall design/functions. Frustrating!! Damaged!! Unfortunate!!
The box came extremely damaged on the left side. The keys on the left side where the box was all damaged, are squeaking really loud. The D key has a short delay and the shift key doesn’t work unless your force it into the keyboard. Paint?, is coming off already! I really like all the different options for colors and customization for it being a plug and play. I’m trying to do a replacement but is not easy at all!! They’re making it more complicated than it should be, for some reason need to have a separate CREDIT CARD? than the one I used on file to purchase it originally?!?!? Since I don’t do CREDIT CARDS my option is to go print out a label to send it back, then they’ll ship me a replacement. BUT I’m in need of a keyboard in the meantime!!!!! UGH frustrated… BUT other than all this issues it’s a super cool keyboard!!

Coolest keyboard I have ever seen
This is by far one, if not the coolest keyboards I have ever seen. The keys click very cleanly, so the response time is on point, and the lights are very bright with the ability to cycle patterns, and even turn off for day or bedtime.

SQUEAKY keys after 2 days
Bought for use as a workstation keyboard. Commonly used keys (backspace, number pad, other letters) started squeaking after only a couple days of normal use throughout my workday. Now, 2 weeks later almost every key is SQUEAKING and it is SO ANNOYING I can barely work. I contacted the manufacturer’s support and they couldn’t find any record of my order because it was purchased from a reseller and they wouldn’t help me (nor honor the “free gift” coupon inside even if I wanted to redeem it). So returning this terrible keyboard before it starts giving me migraines from all the key squeaks… I think I feel one coming on now just from typing this short paragraph.

Beautifully Engineered and a Delight to Operate
I installed my Upgraded 2020 Gaming Membrane Keyboard on my PC, and was amazed and delighted. It is an very well designed and built product, and I am highly pleased! It is very comfortable to use, with its broad, well-designed hand rest, key layout, and easy-to-read keys and controls. The clicky keys have a great feel, and the sound, not excessive, provides excellent feedback. The keyboard display, with its many shifting colors and numerous options, makes for delightful use. It is pleasing to look at with its rainbow of shifting colors. The many extra keys are valuable for engaging a number of computer functions not usually found on a keyboard.This keyboard is designed and built to please the user. Its features are perfect for gaming or everyday use, and it is sold at a very affordable price. It is a pleasure to use it. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Thanks TBI brand!Most people don’t think about their mouse and keyboard until they have to. I’m in front of a computer for at least 12 hours a day and I was starting to feel pain and fatigue in my wrists and forearms.The wave and the curve in the keyboard is subtle, but enough to make a difference. You won’t have to change your style of typing, like you would with split keyboards. I have one for my office and one for my house and it definitely makes a difference.There are a lot of buttons I have never, and will never use, but if you’re into extra buttons, you can reprogram them till your heart’s content. My one complaint is the grouping of the F buttons, as after three years I still have to look down to see which one I’m pressing.The mouse is responsive, and I can’t live without the forward and back thumb buttons. I use it for gaming at home and find it works great in most games I play. There are no scroll up/down buttons on the mouse, but the wheel works fine for me.

Don’t buy these cheap keyboards
I originally left a good review since the seller offered a free mouse if I did so. I though the keyboard was great and affordable, I used it maybe about 10 times. One day it started connecting and disconnected non stop! I uninstalled drivers, re installed them, ran SFC, hardware trouble shooting, switched to different usb ports. All with the same result, I ended up re installing Windows, the disconnecting issue stopped. Now if I try to type, it will delete what I try to type, the Desktop keeps freezing as well. So I said I have had enough and plugged up my old keyboard and mouse. Everything is well now and my stress level is down. I will do some more research and just spend more money into a better set up. Not worth it!!

The perfect keyboard for my office use, and it is not only practical but also beautiful
Having purchased many keyboards over the years, both wireless and wired I think this keyboard cannot be beat. First of the the price was more than reasonable. It was delivered promptly and it was appropriately packaged. It was easy to open, yet still protected from damage during shipping. The keyboard itself was easy to set up and it is very pretty. I appreciated the instruction manual being in English, and it was very easy to follow. I was able to set up the color changing scheme I desired effortlessly. It is so pretty. I am not a gamer, so I cannot address how it would work in that situation. However, I usually can keyboard quicker than the keyboards can keep up with me, and I have tried several. This keyboard is very responsive, and I no longer experience missing keystrokes. The click of the keyboard is the perfect audio indicator of my progress, and it has a very smooth feel. I love my TBI-Pro x64 ultimate gamers keyboard.I should have treated myself to this keyboard along time ago.
