Monitor is sleek and looks amazing! Had zero issues with it.

This is a 1440p, 144hz IPS panel for $280. You can’t beat it. I used dual 1080p VA panels until 2021 because I was not going to pay the outrages prices, until I saw these. They arrived perfectly, no dead pixels. I took my old panels down and mounted these beauties to my existing VESA stand which supports up to 27″ monitors, as you can see in the photos. I noticed someone in another review deducted a star because the included stand is not adjustable. That’s irrelevant when the monitors are VESA compatible. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of two of these monitors and I honestly can’t see any downsides. The price is unbelievable, they’re IPS panels, they’re 1440p, they’re 144hz, and mountable. What more do you want? Usually with a price like this there is some sort of compromise with the features. I see none.

Nachdem ich lange Zeit auf der Suche nach meinem ersten hochwertigeren Monitor war, habe ich mich letztendlich für die 27 Zoll, Full-HD, 165 Hz Variante dieses Modells entschieden. Bisher war ich auf 75 Hertz begrenzt, was mir für meine Office-Arbeit und gelegentliches Gaming nie im Weg stand. Genauso ist es auch der erste Monitor, welcher bei mir größer als 24 Zoll ist.Dementsprechend bin ich begeistert von den Funktionen, von denen ich bisher nicht wusste, dass ich sie brauche! Der Wechsel von 75 auf 165 Hertz ist mehr als nur deutlich zu spüren und ein Fest für die Augen. Die Größe ist weitaus angenehmer für jede Form des Medienkonsums und gibt auch mehr Übersicht beim Programmieren oder Arbeiten in eher größeren Entwicklungsumgebungen. Beim Gaming sticht natürlich die geringe Reaktionszeit von 1 ms und die schnelle Bildwiederholungsrate heraus, welche mehr als nur beeindruckend sind!Da ich den Monitor für 250 Euro gekauft habe statt den üblichen 299, bin ich vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis natürlich hin und weg! Für diesen Preis habe ich keinen anderen Monitor gefunden, der ein schlichtes Design, akkurate Farben und eine so hohe Bildwiederholungsrate bietet.Die Lieferung ging weitaus schneller als angekündigt, nach ein paar wenigen Tagen war der Monitor bereits vor meiner Haustür und ich konnte direkt loslegen. Alle Kabel waren beigelegt, sowohl Netzteil, als auch das Displayport Kabel, welches mehr als lang genug für so gut wie alle Büros sein sollte. Mehr als den Monitor auspacken, den Fuß in zwei Minuten befestigen und anschließen muss man also nicht und man kann direkt durchstarten! Neben dem Displayport gibt es auch noch zwei HDMI anschlüsse, hatte also keine Probleme meine Switch oder andere Konsolen mit dran zu hängen. Auch ein Lautsprecher ist integriert, da ich die meiste Zeit aber sowieso Kopfhörer trage, ist der für mich nur in besonderen Situationen wichtig. Man kann allerdings auch einen Lautsprecher an den AUX-Ausgang des Monitors anschließen.Wie bereits erwähnt sind die Farben des Monitors nach kurzer (sehr simpler) Einstellung mittels des funktionsreichen Menüs sehr akkurat und angenehm, so wie auch bis aufs letzte bisschen anpassbar. Mein etwas in der Materie erfahrener Bruder war von der Darstellung der Farbtöne genauso überrascht. Es gibt kein Bleeding beziehungsweise Lichthöfe an den Ecken oder Kanten, wovor ich bei den größeren Monitoren bisher immer Angst hatte, daher bin ich sehr erleichtert.Fazit:Der Monitor übertrifft bei diesem Preis jegliche Erwartungen, die ich hatte. Mit den technischen Daten allein bin ich mehr als zufrieden, die 27 Zoll Größe, die Bildwiederholungsrate von 165 Hertz und Reaktionszeit von 1ms haben mich umgehauen und die Umsetzung von den einzelnen Funktionen ist einfach nur grandios. Das Design ist schlicht und elegant, die Farbdarstellung akkurat und angenehm. Anschlüsse finden sich genügend für bis zu drei Geräte gleichzeitig + ein Lautsprecher. Alle benötigten Kabel sind dem Produkt bereits beigelegt, der Fuß lässt sich schnell und einfach montieren und die Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos. Mein einziges kleines Problem ist der relativ hohe Energieverbrauch, das ist es mir bei diesem Fest für die Augen allerdings Wert! Dementsprechend kann ich diesen Monitor nur jedem empfehlen, der einen hochwertigen, modernen und etwas funktionsreicheren Bildschirm für Gaming und Arbeit sucht, dennoch aber nicht so viel Geld in die Hand nehmen möchte. Ich bin begeistert!

I haven’t had a ViewSonic monitor since my dad gave me one with my first computer when I was a kid around 2005 and it was used CRT. Before this one I was using a 24 inch HP 1080p 60hz monitor and I was looking for something a bit bigger with better specs that didn’t break the bank or have too much of that “gamer” look to it but this one seemed to fit my needs. The picture is very smooth and crisp of course with the refresh rate and resolution but it also has good color. I found my old HP monitor looked a bit washed out at times even with its IPS panel and color settings tweeked. There’re a decent amount of settings to really tune it to your liking if that’s your thing but all I did was turn the brightness up a bit since I like a brighter screen without affecting the backlight bleed too much. I haven’t tested the speakers since I have a pair of Klipsch Promedias but I imagine they’re just alright and will get the job done. Thickness of the monitor seems average but I don’t have much to compare it to so you’ll have to be the judge of that. The only games I really play are The Sims, Boarderlands and GTA 5 and they all look great on this thing. I set mine up with the Vivo adjustable desk mount instead of using the stand that came with the monitor to save some space on my desk. I paid $279 for mine in March and it wasn’t on sale then so if you’re thinking about buying a monitor then do it soon before prices continue to rise or stock becomes scarce like graphics cards.

So far so good, setting up was easy. Tweaked my settings to my preference and absolutely love the quality of this monitor. As for the built-in speakers, don’t mind them although would recommend to get better quality individual speakers if you intend to blast music. As for gaming I use my personal headset. As for refresh rate, I can notice a big difference jumping from a 60hz monitor. Lastly, I’ll come back to further review the life span since most on here have gotten defective ones. Sadly it seems not to be G-syncible but its probably my GPU.. In case it helps anyone. I do have a Geforce Nvida 1060 6GB. Unless AMD are only allowed the “specific” settings then nevermind but with a display port can get instant 144hz. (I’m new to gaming monitors so excuse if I offend anyone or sounds very ridiculous..)
