Great product!! Just make sure to purchase an AC adapter separately if you are purchasing from the United States. Love my switch!

Amazon at its worst
Purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter. It was delayed over a week, but still arrived ahead of the event. Once she opened it we discovered that one of the joycon controllers (key to functional device) did not work. We tried the controller on two other devices and could not get it to work.I contacted the seller immediately, seeking a remedy. No response. A week later I contacted the seller, again, no response. I contacted Amazon directly. The response I received was that I could return the item, minus a roughly $60 “restocking” fee and pay for the shipping (international to the tune of about $35). I have decided to purchase a replacement joycon locally at a cost of $35. Far cheaper than the overall cost of getting Amazon to support its sales.Buyer beware. This was purchased through the Amazon marketplace and was unsupported. I am greatly reducing my use of this platform going forward.

Came with a European plug
The game system arrived an entire week earlier than expected. However when we unboxed the item it had a European plug that could not be used on American electrical outlets.

My Nintendo Switch has arrived and overall, everything is good!The only issue with it is just the AC Adapter being the European type, but it’s not a problem since this was delivered from the United Kingdom anyways.I’ll I need to do is buy a AC adapter being the USA version.Despite the AC Adapter, great condition in it, no scratches or anything, it’s perfect!

Fast shipping but wrong AC adapter for Nintendo Switch for US
I love the Nintendo switch, but I got it with a 3 pronged power AC adapter/charger, which is a European charger, so I had to purchase a $30 US AC power adapter to charge the Nintendo switch. I have not gotten a reply as to why I got the wrong one for this continent from this merchant.

So I thought I was so lucky to get this for my kids 2 and half months early and at a reasonable price. Waited until they opened it on Xmas day to find out the outlet was designed for a UK socket. We live in the US. Ordered the product from Amazon. Added bonus was all stores are closed on the holiday, so other than playing the handheld option, we have to wait until the stores open the following day to hope they have a converter to US outlets. Disappointing

Wrong ac adapter
Please be advised if you order the switch from a overseas provider you will get the EU ac adapter. You will need to purchase a US based ac adapter.Buyer Beware

Arrived fast and works great
Been working great since it arrived. I thought it was gonna arrive with a European charger so i ordered some converter plugs but it came with american charger instead. Was surprised it ran on usb-c cord which means i was worried for nothing since my phone and other stuff here run on same cord type with same power/charging speeds. I would recomend thw M converter tho for hooking it to screens above 1080p resolution to make the screen a bit smoother and cleaner. Took about 4 days in all through the mail to arrive which is a massive difference right now bacause all other sellers and models have a shipping/arrival dates of near march.
