This gaming keyboard and mouse combo works great. kinda of wish the backlit keys were programmable, but don’t over look the fact that this is the only wireless backlit gaming keyboard and mouse combo on the market, I believe. There are a only couple of other wireless backlit gaming keyboards out there, but not with a mouse combo, therefore you would have to give up an additional USB port (for the dongle) and purchase a separate wireless mouse. The instruction manual could have been a little bit more informative though. Also, came with a Battlegrounds mouse pad, wasn’t expecting that. Not a Battlegrounds fan, but the mouse pad is kind of perfect flexible material for using in bed, which is where I use it.

Who Ever Says That This Key Board And Mouse Is Not For Gaming Has Not Owned Too Many Wireless Key Boards And Mice !! This Is By Far The Most Excellent Wireless Key Board And Mouse I Have Ever Owned. I Am Sitting Here In My Living Room With Every Light Turned Off While I Type This Review, And With The Backlit Turned On, I Can See Every Key Perfectly. So I Am Sitting Here In The Dark Just Typing Away On My New BackLit Key Board. ( lol ) !!Now When I First Got My New BackLit KeyBoard And Mouse I Noticed On The Front Of The Mouse What Looked To MeTo Be A Smaller USB Charging Port. So I Tried To Connect My USB Cable To This Mouse Connector, But The USB Wire Was Too Big To Fit Into This Mouse Connection,So I Am Sitting Here Thinking ( MICRO USB CONNECTION ), It Is A MICRO USB CONNECTION Which Is Only Half TheSize Of A Regula USB Connector. Now I Know For A Fact That This Is A Mouse Charging Port Because My Other Wireless Gaming Mouse And Wireless KeyBoard Have The Exact Same Connector In The Front Of The Mouse, Only Difference Is That The USB Port Is ARegular Standard Size.So I Called Staples To See If Staples Had A MICRO USB Cable. And Staples Says ( Yes We Do ).Just Make Sure To Bring In The Mouse To Be Fitted For The Micro USB Cable, As There Are Several Different SizesAnd Shapes So We Need To Fit The Mouse In Question To The Correct MICRO USB Cable.It Is Not So Much The USB Connector As It Is The Rubber Surrounding The USB Micro Metal Strip That Connects To The Adapter For Charging. If You Go My Way And Buy A Micro USB Charging Cable,MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR NEW MOUSE WITH YOU OR YOU MAY END UP MAKING A SECOND TRIP TO THE STORE !!Now The Whole Point To All Of This Is To Make Sure That Both The Backlit Keyboard And Mouse Have The Exact SameCharging Time.When The Mouse Is Charging A ( RED LIGHT ) Lights Up The Scroll Wheel, And When The Mouse Has Finished Charging, The ( RED LIGHT ON The SCROLL Wheel Go Out ).Takes About The Same Amount of Time As The Keyboard !!I Did Not Want My Keyboard And Mouse Lose Their Charge At Different Times,ESPECALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF AERLAL COMBAT IN MY STARSHIP !!That Was The Entire POINT Of The Lesson About The Different USB Charging !!And About My StarShips And My Avatars :Yes I Am A Gamer To The Extreme !! I almost let the negative reviews of this product persuade me to find something else, but in the end I figured, “what the heck? If its horrible, I’ll just return it.” I am SO glad I went ahead and purchased this set. It was so easy to install – I just plugged in the USB to my computer docking station and it was going. The colors are super vibrant and its really fun that you can change them up if you want to. The keys click which I love and was super worried I wouldnt find with a backlit keyboard. The mouse feels very comfy in my hand. I have had several wireless keyboards but this is by far the best one Ive had to date. Dont pass it up. If you are considering it, do it!!! Dont let the negative nellies of the world persuade you otherwise!

I really liked this keyboard, for a lot of reasons. If I weren’t so picky about the aesthetic parts, I’d probably keep it. The keys are comfortable to type with, they aren’t too loud, and the mouse is comfortable to hold/use.I LOVE:♥️ The keys! they type pretty well, they are raised and have a mechanical feel but they aren’t loud. That’s great!♥️ The back-lit keys (I just wish you could change the keys to a specific color) – When I bought this keyboard, I was hoping that you could change the color of the back-lit lights – YOU CAN’T! I really like the rainbow lights-they’re neat and I like how you can adjust the effect/brightness but I really wanted a keyboard with just teal back-lighting (like the Y-H-N keys have on this keyboard) Again, I know this is so picky.♥️ The metal back plate – it looks so cool and modern. I wish more keyboards had this!♥️ The mouse – I love the shape of the mouse. It fits very comfortably in your hand.♥️ Rechargeable with a USB-C charger instead of attached cord (I’m not sure if it can plug into computer or wall)♥️ A single dongle – that’s so cool that you can use one single dongle (or as I say a ‘single dingle dongle’) for both!♥️ The rockets (I assume?) – the arrows on the up, down, left, right keys look like rockets! I thought that was just too cute, I’m not sure if that was intentional or not but it cracked me up, nonetheless! 3-2-1! Lift off! ?♥️ Free Mousepad – this came with a free battlegrounds mouse pad, while I didn’t need/want this I still thought that was neat that they included one hahaI DO NOT LOVE:?The Key Font – I found the number/symbol keys at the top of the QWERTY keyboard to be hard to read. I am also really picky about the symbols on the keyboard like on the ‘back’ button and that ‘tab’ doesn’t say ‘tab’? I don’t like the silver compass decoration thing on the bottom left corner, along the thumb/palm groove? Sleep mode – I wish you could just keep the keyboard on and manually switch it off. I found it distracting when the lights would turn off I was having writer’s block, but that’s probably just my ADHD kicking in.I could see why you’d want this feature, but I wish you could disable/turn that off, even though you can hit any button to turn the lights back on, it just bothered me, personally.All in all, it’s a great product and feels high quality for the price. I’m just super, super picky. If you aren’t you’ll probably love this product!

This is the stupidest mouse i have ever used. It has run out of charge, and I CANNOT plug in the micro usb into this mouse. One it should have been USB-C to make it easier to plug in, but also the micro usb plug in is so recessed into mouse, it is impossible to plug in, the metal simply gets blocked by plastic it is so far recessed I have spent the last 30 minutes trying in vain to get this plugged in. it should not take more than 1 minute (and that is long) to plug in. If it were not so recessed into the plastic i could get it. I think i need a special plug that has a longer than normal metal tip. SO STUPID
