I’ve purchased a few random consoles that shall remain nameless to play multi carts with. All the top HD and AT games consoles have their flaws, but the original consoles still delivers the best graphics, sound, and loading times.

I like this item very much but I thought that I will be able to connect this to the CD part but it don’t connect but I still like because it still play….
Mr Bronson –
I don’t know how well it plays but I got a Genesis Mini for that. The reason I go this console is simply because I always thought it was such a gorgeous piece of sculpture, and now that I have it in hand it certainly delivers on that. Yes, I actually got it just to look at it. Don’t judge.

Back when I first ordered this console I thought it was going to come with a 6-button controller: it came with a 3-button controller instead, which is unfortunate because I own a copy of Eternal Champions. Also, the console itself had a hard time fitting in my room and the quality of the video output was grainy; then again, it was old.

I’m returning the one I received because it’s defective. It’s supposedly refurbished, but apparently wasn’t tested, because there’s a bad DIN connection at the console. Be aware these SEGA game consoles require RF connection to the television.
Rachel Decker –
Was very excited about getting this! Although i for it use and the restart button kinda works, me and my very much enjoy this.
The Dutchman –
It’s a retro console, and I can think of a way or two to prevent the loose connection from coming out.But it’s still a dissatisfierIt could wreck your game if the power cord just falls out while playing long after a save of any kind
Jim Blair –
Just what our grandson wanted. He loves it

I needed a replacement for my 29-year-old Sega Genesis console which I recently discovered doesn’t turn on anymore, so I got this. It has no trouble reading any of my games, even the ones that I thought were broken…turns out my dying console just wasn’t able to run most of my games anymore (though I’m pretty sure my Ms. Pac-Man cart really is toast). It runs my games. It turns on without a fight (except when I try to play the aforementioned Ms. Pac-Man). It’s also compatible with my current TV, which my old console wasn’t, which means I don’t need to keep that old TV from the 80’s anymore to play my games. If I have to pick a downside, it’s that it doesn’t come with 6-button controllers, and my old console’s controllers don’t work anymore, so I still can’t play Mortal Kombat.
