I ordered this to play Warthunder on my Xbox One. It works well with no lag. The fob fits very tightly in the usb slot on my Xbox so I would not recommend it if you plan to plug and unplug often. However it worked right away with no issue. The keyboard came slightly damaged (it looks like it was dropped) but its just a little cosmetic damage and doesn’t affect the operation of the keyboard. The keyboard is heavy and robust feeling but the mouse feels light and cheaply made. Overall, it gets the job done and I am satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend a more expensive set up if you plan on using this frequently.

Disclaimer, I did not buy this keyboard for gaming…I sometimes work in low light conditions and wanted a backlit keyboard.I like the keyboard for the most part, but I don’t love it. I thought I’d make good use of the pen and phone holders on the keyboard; however, these items don’t sit well in the holes. There is nothing under the holes to hold the pens and phone at an angle that keeps them out of the way…see photos. That is my only complaint with this keyboard as the rest of the keyboard build quality seems well done. The backlight works great which was my main reason for buying this setup.As for the mouse…it works, but the chrome plastic just feels cheap. I will probably switch back to my Logitech mouse and keep this one as a backup.

Edit: If your mousepad has a lighter and darker color pattern the mouse is absolutely awful to use. On the darker part of my mousepad it works fine, on the lighter part it’s super slow and wonky. To use the mouse you definitely will need a darker mouse pad.2nd Edit: So after some use on a black mousepad the speed of the cursor us super annoyingly inconsistent. One moment it’s nice and precise and the next it’s flying across the screen. Fully charged, on a plain black mousepad, after trying to fix it in the settings, and it’s absolutely trash. Keyboard is good tho!The keyboard is really cool and once I figured out how to get it working it works well. The only issue is that typing is pretty dang loud. The mouse on the other hand is really quiet which is nice! If your phone has a case on it it more than likely won’t be fitting in the holder which kinda sucks though.

It is all right, but you won’t see the characters with the light effects off
Pros:1) Solid keyboard – keys lay on a solid metal frame2) Rechargeable3) Backlighted4) 5 button mouse with an extra button for DPI adjustment on the go5) Price6) Solid wireless connection with seemingly no interference on other devicesCons:1) Absurd design omission: you wont be able to see the key characters with the light effects off. Essentially you need to have the light effects on otherwise the keyboard is pretty much as good as useless. What on earth these people were thinking?2) “Function” keys (like volume adjustment, mute etc) are not displayed in the keyboard. I.e. to lower the volume it is FN+”2″ but the number 2 has no info that this is also used for volume adjustment. So you have to memorize the functions3) Instructions manual is a complete joke4) Unlike the keyboard, mouse seems very flimsy5) Light effects cannot be changed. Yes, there is the breathing mode (useless) and it can be turned off (useless), but the colors will remain the same “rainbow” pattern. Can I have an option for just white (or blue, or green or red) backlight?6) Not really mechanical and far from the satisfying mechanical feel.Overall I think the price makes this an acceptable purchase although it is a borderline one given the unbelievable design mishap with the keyboard. I am still baffled how can someone design a product with such a glaring problem. It does not take much to make this a much better product – make the keys visible without the backlight, add some info (or extra keys) for stuff like volume adjustment and fix that instructions manual.Note: my package did not include a mouse-pad as I saw some people mentioning.UPDATE 07/24/20: I reduced the rating to 1 star (from 3). A month into using this keyboard and it is already defective. Despite a full charge now a lot of typing is not being recognized, which makes the keyboard useless.Also the issue with seeing the characters is bigger than anticipated – to avoid losing keyboard functionality midway through my work schedule, I need to turn off backlighting. While this is the only way to avoid a rapid drain in batteries, it makes typing excruciatingly difficult as you will not see the characters. Battery life is about 1 week with backlighting.

Great till it’s not but then still cool
I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to know this keyboard better. First thing I gotta tell you it it looks so super cool. I really like the tactile feeling of the keys. The separation the keys make it easier for my fat fingers to type. The click response, which is not controllable, is great for my heart hearing ears. The light settings are really really cool. Fade in and out. Solid colors. Or off. All that’s great. The problem is:The problem is that because it’s wireless it must go to sleep and when it does it goes dark. It had the super cool colors come through and show up the letters on the keys I guess you have to make that clear and when his dark there are no letters on the keys. So if you’re not a typist, if your hunt and peck person like I am you have no clue what the letters are on the keyboard. It looks like your old keyboard after all the letters wore off. It’s just a big black abyss separated by even darker abyss.Yes you can hit special keys like the end key or the shift key. Unless the program that you’re in uses those and then you lose everything that you had up to that point.I really like the keyboard. The charge holds for about a week. Used every day. The mouse is excellent same deal with the lights really cool looking. I’m an old geek love colors and lights. I guess for my hippie days. I love the long charge.Pro tip: don’t get frustrated early on it takes about a week before the charge cycle starts to charge a prolonged period of time. So just charge it every night until it starts holding the charge more than 24 hours. You’ll know that the charge is starting to go and that the lights automatically done their self.Another Pro tip: BONUS;hold down the shift key and press on the numbers pad one, two, three, or four, and there some pretty cool sounds just pop out of there from explosions to cowbells. Okay it’s not the lottery but it is a bonus.Overall give it a three because there’s no letters on the keyboard and when the lights go off other than that’s pretty cool thing very quick love a lot was good to send it back because of the charging thing. Once I got by that I like it. But it’s still three. Writing this review on the keyboard
Overall it’s pretty good, nice build quality, sturdy construction and good low latency. The only flaw I have with it is that when the backlight is disabled the keys are hardly visible. I have been typing for 20 years or so therefore i know how to use it without looking but my mom wanted to use it and the rainbow lights were a bit crazy for her. i wish the colors could be adjusted more, to just make it a solid color everywherePros: Good price, mouse is REALLY comfortable. Silent, sturdy, they both connect with only one usb. They sync immediately and colors are overall very nice. For 60 bucks it works great. have been using it for 3 days and have not charge it up at all.Cons: no way to customize colors, the keyboard has a strange font, removing backlight makes the keys hard to see

Definitely a good wireless keyboard with multiple functions
Keyboard is definitely a great thing to have if you want something to be truly wireless. I have been wanting a computer that can play decent amount of games and have a decent computer and this definitely takes the gold for a good budget. It provides both a mouse and keyboard for a decent price and it being wireless is a great touch. The keyboard does feel a bit cheap on material but it feels great when typing. One small concern about this product, is that the keys could rub off overtime. Another thing is that the wrist pad is only for the left hand where you use the gaming portion. It will most likely fade in color overtime. It is very responsive and the light is not too bright where you would need to turn the brightness down but you are able to do it with this keyboard if needed. This is not a mechanical keyboard but it works pretty well. You do not get that loud clicking noise but pretty decent response. For this keyboard there is only one color unfortunately at first which is the rainbow color and the same goes for the mouse even though the box shows multiple colors. I am not entirely sure if the keyboard and mouse colors can be adjusted. The keyboard is a bit short around the keys making it easier to clean in my opinion. And the keys are pretty easy to pop off and clean if needed. The mouse feels great and you can adjust the DPI if needed to make it move very smoothly. It moves very smoothly and has a pretty fast response time. You can adjust it to make it less or more sensitive. It has three settings which is nice. The box it arrives in was rather large but protective. The mouse does benefit with a good mouse pad so be aware of that. The response distance for this keyboard and mouse is about ten feet or so before you start to see a lag or drop in signal. The dongle is also not too big where you have to worry about it taking up too much space. Honestly I put mines in the back and never really notice it. It does not really stick out either where you need to worry about it getting dinged. In terms of gaming, I really enjoy using this. I do not have any issues with response and makes my gaming experience great. The small slots are nice to store my phone and pens. The battery on these two can last a good amount of time without needing to be recharged. It uses the basic USB cables to recharge the device. I would recommend charging it before using it. The cables are a decent length so you can easily plug it into your computer and continue to use it if you wish. Overall I think this keyboard is decent for a budget build or even for a back up gaming keyboard. It feels great and not uncomfortable. The lights make for a great show but I do wish it had a bit more programmable keys.

Wouldn’t recommend gamers to buy!!
Upon opening the package I noticed how well it was built and how nice it looked. After charging for 24 hours I tried it out. When playing simple games such as Minecraft when I type or try to walk and use the mouse at the same time the the walking will freeze out and the mouse will stop working. All in all would be a good keyboard and mouse if that wasn’t issue would not recommend for gamers

Color great but meh
It’s a keyboard. That’s it. If you want one that is really good get something from Corsair where you can adjust it to your hearts content. The “phone holder” won’t accept any modern phone with any sort of bumper case on it so that is useless and the pen holders as well are so small it may hold an old school bic pen but nothing beyond that. Guess the card holder works but didn’t try it. I do like that it is wireless and the mouse shares one dongle but it’s low end at best with pretty non adjustable lights. Skip it.
