Keys keep repeating….
If your gonna use this for gaming which razer has had this problem for a LONG TIME…. You should be aware keys stick and its because their software is bloat ware. When you turn off the software it works just fine. The key doesn’t actually stick the software keeps repeating keys randomly. Like lets say you bind a key on it to the letter h so every time you hit it puts out the letter h. Every once in a while you press the key once and you will get hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh rather than h. But if you turn the software off it just fine. How do I know this has been around for a long time. I had a razer lanchesis mouse had the same problem. The Lanchesis came out Aug 2010 its been 10 years and they still haven’t fixed the problem… When I brought it to their attention then they said it was my computer… Its been 10 years since I have bought anything of theirs and I have a new computer still having the same problem with razers junk….Another thing they will not let me send it back because its not physically broke…. Good job their razer…

Thumbstick leaves a LOT to be desired.
Specific to this refurbished item: Looked and felt like brand new. Only downside is that there was no manual or any sort of instruction/documentation in the box.Specific to the Orbweaver itself: I returned it because the thumbstick was a huge disappointment, and that’s the *only* reason I bought a left-handed controller. The software, keys, function, comfort.. everything else was fine-to-great. But the thumbstick is this little clickety thing at such an odd angle that my mind couldn’t wrap around the fact that if I want to move LEFT, I have to push KINDA UP AT A DIAGONAL. Moving FORWARD is really pushing KINDA SIDEWAYS TOWARD THE MONITOR.If you’re expecting a thumbstick experience akin to a PS4/XBOX controller with a whole bunch of keyboard keys to boot, look elsewhere… then again, I don’t think such a product exists, sadly.Ultimately, I resorted to using the keypad WASD style, and I thought “what’s the point?”

Comfortable and simple
So I ended up getting the refurbished V2 because Amazon was currently out of the new ones. I really wanted to just try it out anyways and if I hated it, return it.. But I love this thing.. I was concerned about all the reviews saying it didn’t fit their hands when adjusted out all the way, but I have mine on just the second setting and I have pretty large hands, (long fingers anyways) it is perfect! I set it up with razer synapse 3.0 beta, it walked me through everything and was really simple to use. I am just about to play my first game with it, I’ll come back for an update soon!

‘Refurbished’ Perhaps .. But Major Issues
I purchased this controller to use with a drawing tablet for shortcut activation primarily. While in concept this ‘should’ be a great solution for my needs the exceedingly poor quality control resulted in my receiving a unit which makes it MUCH more frustrating than useful. The ‘D-Pad’ is useless as any slightest vibration, as when actually using it, results in wildly intermittent commands being sent. The thumb-switch (color) mode selector is SO intermittent as to not be usable at all. I finally got it to be quasi-stable on one color-mode but it’s very flaky.Unfortunately I purchased this ahead of my tablet arrival/setup so the return window has closed.Based exclusively on my experience my only recommendation is to avoid this device.

Only Minor Issue Razer Software….
Everything is perfect, perfectly comfortable and adjustable. Mmmm……That satisfying mechanical click noise with each key. There is one exception to the perfection and is the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. It’s the Razer Software, Synapse, it doesn’t have an option for a toggle switch or some other important functions for this product. This might be a deal breaker with some who use toggle switch in high level raids and don’t want to be holding a button the entire time. Razer does have software in Beta, Razer Synapse 3, for their Tartarus V2 gamepad which does have what the normal synapse is missing. Hopefully Razer comes out with Synapse 3 for there top tier product soon.

D-pad is already acting weird.
I have had a really bad experience with razors game pads in the past. The D-pads usually go really fast. The main problem is that its not as simple as it quitting working but rather permanently stuck in one direction. I am a tech guy and upon taking them apart simply found that the hardware had worn down. I bot this specific model hoping they would use better materials but I have already noticed a “sticking” in a certain direction, usually foreshadowing a failure. Other than the D-pad, this is a great product. It is adjustable, comfortable and flexible.

Great product If you want to have a small edge
Love this product.I really never need a full keyboard for gaming.Having a small set up is amazing. And it’s more comfortable then a full keyboard.Plus having more convently placed buttons gives a nice edge in gaming

Great product for fps gaming
Absolutely love this, use it mostly to play siege, feels wrong to use anything else now.

Very ergonomic, awesome customization, OK brightness and RGB variations
I’m not using this device for gaming at all – just exclusively with AutoHotKey to fire off automation. The nice part about this device is that it just plain works. Little-to-no tinkering required to get it to work. It’s consistent. However, it is expensive considering what it does. You can tell they skimped on the quality of the RGB LED’s; there just aren’t as many VISIBLE differentiations as you might believe there are. The software allows you pick TONS of color, but when you send those to the device, you can’t really pick up subtleties. There are only really about 12 or so colors that you can use that are noticeably different. All that being said, if you’re looking for a super easy “kind of an extra keyboard used for shortcuts,” this is your pick.

Great hardware, terrible software!
This product is great unless you plan to use razer synapse for macroing. The Synapse program itself is very buggy and often your macros will not even work when adding in custom delays. In addition, if you use a razer mouse and this orb weave, it will require two different synapse programs to run in order to change keys and make macros (that may or may not work).Returned for a full refund.
